All's well until you've already bought the car I would not go here if I were you! I came in on a CPO Chevy Cruze. I walked out to the car with the salesman (who was very nice) but provided no pr I would not go here if I were you! I came in on a CPO Chevy Cruze. I walked out to the car with the salesman (who was very nice) but provided no presentation or walk around. I didn't mind too much though because I already knew the car, but still. We couldn't come to an agreement that day, but I returned 2 days later after a receiving a call from the salesman stating that his manager wanted to make a deal with me. I came in, we worked a deal and the last thing I said to the manager was that I wanted a vehicle that I didn't have to keep up with or schedule any appointments for, hence the CPO, so I asked for tint to be thrown in... this sealed the deal. I received the "WE OWE" paper stating I was owed tint and I went through finance. When I got out of finance I spoke with my salesman and told him I wanted the darkest tint I could get legally (This is pretty standard). He said ok. My car went with the tint guy and came back with tint that is clearly not as dark as it can be legally. In Florida tint can be 25 (I believe) in the front and 15 in the back. My tint was 32 in the front and the back. I know because I went to the local police department and asked them to check for me. I asked the manager why it wasn't that dark and he said it was because police were pulling people over for darker tint even though it was legal. At the time I took that poor excuse and went with it. About a week later I noticed a hair in the tint in my back window so I contact the dealership and they put me in touch with their tint guy. I showed him the hair and he said he'd redo it. I then asked why my tint wasn't darker. He told me 1. it IS darker in the back than the front 2. it is as dark as it can be legally and 3. that the tint was provided by the dealership, he just applied it, giving me the run around. Actually, I felt kind of insulted that he thought I would believe the tint was 1. darker in the back than in the front and 2. as dark as it could be legally. Regardless, I took that and ran with it back to the dealership where I spoke with Erick Nyaga, a manager there. Erick told me first that they don't supply tint to the tint guy and then turned around and told me they may have supplied the tint he isn't sure. Then, when I explained that it wasn't as dark as it could legally be, which is what I asked for when making the deal, he told me that the dealership's owner set a policy that that is the darkest they will go, regardless of legality and that there is nothing he could do. I understand this policy, as a default. But, when I ask for as dark as I can legally get, should I not get that? I'm not asking for anything illegal. I am the customer, paying thousands of dollars for a car that I worked tint into on a deal and specifically asked for as dark as I can legally get. THAT is what I should get. THAT is NOT what I got. What I got was the run around, as stated above. Everything was fine and dandy, all happy go lucky, yes yes yes Mr. Customer until the sale was completed. Then, they throw you to the wolves. Won't help you with anything. I would not suggest going here. I'm sure there are worse places but there are CERTAINLY better places too. More

He went the extra mile to find us a very comfortable vehicle and a deal that I could not refuse. He answered all of our questions clearly and with candor. Satisfying Service I suppose that people normally go to a Chevy dealership to look at and perhaps buy a new Chevrolet. I recently bought a truck at New Smyrna Beach Chev I suppose that people normally go to a Chevy dealership to look at and perhaps buy a new Chevrolet. I recently bought a truck at New Smyrna Beach Chevy, oddly enough, a 2016 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck. The truck was listed online and I liked what I saw, especially the below market value price tag. Both the salesman and the Sales Manager treated me like a friend and I never once felt pressure from either to hurry and seal the deal, something I have experienced more than once at Toyota dealerships. I got a very good trade in on my Toyota Corolla and an outstanding warranty package for the new truck. It was like talking with friends who just happened to have a truck for sale. Good place to go for a car. Bill More
