I never actually set foot in the dealership as I live about 100+ miles away but located the exact truck i wanted using their website. Of course I had already decided the 2017 Silverado was the truck I was buying but ultimately the inventory of great trucks available at clearly superior prices attracted me to New Smyrna Chevy. Upon contacting Marsha her continual communication and ability to deal with me in a non traditional way (Facetime, text, email, phone call) closed the deal. The truck was driven/delivered to my front door and I had every option to turn it down if I wasn't happy but of course it was exactly what I wanted. Above all, everyone that I dealt with from the sales manager Eric down to the driver who brought my truck to me was extremely professional and made me feel like I was a very important client.
