Besr.Experience.Ever I recently purchased a 2016 GMC Canyon from New Smyrna Chevy. I know that it's a trite statement to say I've never had a great experience like this. M I recently purchased a 2016 GMC Canyon from New Smyrna Chevy. I know that it's a trite statement to say I've never had a great experience like this. Matt, my salesman treated me like family even before I got to the dealership. He was totally honest with me about the plusses and minuses of the vehicle, and took the time to show me everything even though the dealership was technically closed for the day. He also got me what I needed for my trade and made things work out for me. We took test drives on which the car sold itself without him saying a word. Absolutely no pressure. Two days later, I have received a call from Matt every day to check on things. A+ rating for the dealership, salesman and the entire process. More

Jeremy, the owner, spent some time talking with me while we waited for financing and couldn't have been a nicer or more considerate owner. I don't have the words to describe my experience other than absolutely extraordinary. I'll be a customer for life and when I need to come to the dealership for service or anything else I'll look forward to seeing the entire staff, which is rare in my opinion. I WAS LIED TO. Eric Lied and ripped me off.Marsha Carroll sold me a 2018 4x4.She promised me it would be 36,900.TOTAL Before tags tax etc. So when we finally sat dow Eric Lied and ripped me off.Marsha Carroll sold me a 2018 4x4.She promised me it would be 36,900.TOTAL Before tags tax etc. So when we finally sat down to sign the papers it was 37,900.When I questioned it they tried to justify it with numbers and quick talk When I questioned it further ERIC said,Its a good deal You should take the deal That;s it That's all he would say Marsha Carroll would not stand up for me she just said ,are you ready.... Its a good deal You should take the deal ARE YOU KIDDING ME ???1000.00 MORE THAN I WAS TOLD ,MARSHA EVEN PUT IT DOWN IN WRITING, AND STILL SAID, ITS A GOOD DEAL I WILL NEVER GO BACK FOR ANOTHER TRUCK I WILL NEVER REFER MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY.DONT GO TO NSB CHEVY PERIOD.
