I am leaving this review to give Kenny Creech at New Smyrna Chevy a big THANK YOU for helping us with the purchase of my daughter’s New 2025 Chevy Trailblazer. We drove from Orlando to see it and the tr Smyrna Chevy a big THANK YOU for helping us with the purchase of my daughter’s New 2025 Chevy Trailblazer. We drove from Orlando to see it and the transaction was easy and smooth. We have not bought a new car in years and it was great for my daughter to witness this interaction with a car salesman. “Kenny was cool she said” as we seen other car salesman that were a little pushy with us. She and us knew what we wanted and Kenny got it for us. She will have this memory for a life time. Kenny made sure the car was serviced for us as it was delivered to us a few days later by his team. My daughter loves the car and will be the cool kid in school with the new wheels. Thanks Kenny for your help and for your Military service. May we cross paths again one day and God bless you and your family. Make sure you all stop by and at least meet him for any future buys. Thank you! More

I am extremely disappointed and repulsed by my experience with Chevy NSB. After losing my car in Hurricane Milton, I was in a vulnerable position, and I feel that the dealership took full advantage of that. with Chevy NSB. After losing my car in Hurricane Milton, I was in a vulnerable position, and I feel that the dealership took full advantage of that. When I initially purchased my new car, I was told by Kenny Creech that all I had to do was bring in the insurance money once I received it from my claim. There was no mention of a deadline or urgency. However, everything changed after the sale was finalized. Dave from Finance called me on October 30, 2024, and without so much as a greeting, demanded, "Where's the check for the $18,000?" When I explained that I hadn’t yet received the funds from my insurance company, Progressive, he rudely told me that if I didn’t have the money by October 31, I would be facing $700 monthly car payments. This was shocking and confusing because at no point during the sale did anyone mention any specific deadline for bringing in the insurance money. Kenny had assured me I could just bring in the money when I got it—there was no pressure about an exact date. When I tried to back out at the last minute, I was told by Kenny that my car was totaled and they would make this work for me. However, when I spoke with Mario, the sales manager, he tried to blame me, claiming that I miscommunicated when the funds would be released. How was I supposed to know when my insurance payout would be finalized if no one had even informed me that my car was officially totaled? I only found out because Kenny called to tell me. I trusted his word when he said I could bring in the money whenever it came through. Now, with the deadline looming, I still don’t have the funds, and I’m being threatened with excessive car payments that were never mentioned before. To make matters worse, when I spoke with Mario again, he casually suggested I just refinance my car and renegotiate my loan. This would not only cost me more money in the long run but also feels like another way the dealership is trying to profit off my misfortune. Refinancing is not a solution, and it’s appalling that this was offered as an option, knowing it would increase my overall financial burden. This dealership's handling of my situation feels incredibly deceitful and predatory. Losing my car due to flooding was already devastating, and instead of helping me through this difficult time, Chevy NSB has made things significantly worse. It’s clear that they took advantage of my vulnerability, and I regret trusting them with my business. This entire experience has left a terrible impression, and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Service Department checks fluids during an oil change, does not top them off or tell you they are empty. Does tire rotation but does not put air in tires that are low. Prices for oil change & tire rotatio does not top them off or tell you they are empty. Does tire rotation but does not put air in tires that are low. Prices for oil change & tire rotation extremely high. They video tape your car & license plate on entering service department, but do not tell you, is this an invasion of privacy? They can manipulate the pictures of vehicle, adding highlights, scratches, circles, and squares with magic marker. I will NOT take my vehicles to this Dealership again as I'm not sure about their honesty & ethics plus high prices. More

The dealership has zero communication in the service department. I had an appointment and left my 2020 Chevy trail boss at 9:30am. By 2pm that day no one had given me a call or any update. I had to call department. I had an appointment and left my 2020 Chevy trail boss at 9:30am. By 2pm that day no one had given me a call or any update. I had to call and the service advisor was in lunch and they said he’ll call in 30 minutes. By 5pm I still had no call and I had to call them again to see if my truck was staying overnight. I told them I was upset no one ever called me to update me on my truck once but I still had the same problem the next 4 days. I had to call every time and ask for a call back and eventually 4+ hours later they would call back. If I didn’t contact them they wouldn’t have updated me for days. It was VERY sketchy and seemed like I was getting the run around. No one told me what was wrong with the truck they claimed there was something pulling from the battery when the truck was off but couldn’t explain what and then the next day they said there was never issues with the battery and they were wrong and they didn’t find anything wrong but that it’s running now even though it was towed in and was unable to start when I brought it in. Which seems like b.s to have a truck there for 5 days when “nothing was wrong”. Terrible customer service & terrible communication. I will definitely take a drive to Daytona Chevy before ever coming back to New smyrna Chevy even though I live in New smyrna , that’s how bad the experience was. I also requested a supervisor so I could explain my concerns and they said they would have them call me and of course that never happened. This place is a disappointment to Chevy. More
