Irvin "Will" Paneto is amazing!!! I had a problem with my seatbelts and the Mamaroneck Toyota would not help me. I was so upset and Will came to the rescue! He was quick to help! He told me to come right ove seatbelts and the Mamaroneck Toyota would not help me. I was so upset and Will came to the rescue! He was quick to help! He told me to come right over, checked out the issues, called Toyota HQ and got the parts sent right away. Within four days I got a text that the part was delivered and I zipped on over and it was fixed. Mamaroneck told me I was not a customer and New Rochelle's Will treated me like gold! I felt so appreciative and happy my issue is fixed. More
I bought a used Toyota CHR. I was promised a spare key will be mailed to me. One month and still no word on my key. No one will return my call asking about it. Also my rear license plate has only one bolt will be mailed to me. One month and still no word on my key. No one will return my call asking about it. Also my rear license plate has only one bolt holding it on the car. The second bolt was rusted so they just said that one was good instead of fixing it the proper way. My brother was in the market for a Camry, I will tell not to use New Rochelle. More

Quickly looked up my information and went over the service I would be receiving under my Toyota care plan. He even discussed that my vehicle had a recall part and assured me to call in about a week and an appt would be set up to return. The service was quick and the waiting room was nice cool clean with social distancing protocol in place Mr Paneto reviewed my service upon completion of the service and reminded me to call to address the recall item of my car A truly pleasant experience/ Please extend my thanks to him More
My husband and I traveled to CT from Maine to find a 3 year old, prior leased RAV 4, as used cars in northern Maine have rust issues because of the intensive salt on the roads. We were shocked by the additional fees charged by the dealers we visited in CT. We looked on line and saw the huge selection of prior leases that New Rochelle Toyota had, and no fees! Even though it was an hour ride on a good day, we took a ride, and happy we did. Mario Diana greeted us when we arrived and was very personable and great to work with. He explained to us that at this dealership there were no additional fees except for $75. We also received the internet discount. We informed Mario that we were paying cash and Mario researched where the closest branch of our bank was, and called our insurance company, so we could take the car that day. We chose to return the next day to pick up the car as we were tired. Mario cheerfully greeted us when we returned and introduced us to several other employees, while we waited for the paperwork to be completed. We drove the 420 miles back to northern Maine the next day and we are very happy with the car. More
