Nice guy from service dep. tried to solve this problem nothing helped. I do not know what I am going to do next. to be continued. More
i have put in a request with toyota of new rochelle to i have put in a request with toyota of new rochelle to buy a car from them, they had a 2009 nissan altima for sale but i live up in CT i had a sale i have put in a request with toyota of new rochelle to buy a car from them, they had a 2009 nissan altima for sale but i live up in CT i had a sale lady call me and left a message for me to call back which i did and they put me on hold for 15mins try to find her when they did find her she came on the phone with such as rude voice like i was bothering her, but once i told her what i wanted and if she can tell me the finally price because i know how the car look and i dont want to come there if i wont get a good price i was paying with cash. without me finishing what i wanted to tell her SHE just told me that a manager will call me which never happen and thing i dont understand was why manager need to call me but whatever the case it was very rude they way she talks on the phone. i have deal with sale ppl before but this was rude. i am writing to you because i think it was very rude and and if i was incharge of that place i wouldnt want my customer face that kind of service. i am trying to find toyota of new rochelle owner contact information where i can write him or her a letter, and i also will try to toyota and i will never teller anyone of this dealer its the worse dealer ever More

This dealership is no good. I bought my car in 5 days ago to get repaired and inspected, They wouldnt give me a loaner car because iam not a "costomer" b/c i dont get a new car every 48 months, they where ve to get repaired and inspected, They wouldnt give me a loaner car because iam not a "costomer" b/c i dont get a new car every 48 months, they where very rude and not caring, They told me its not there problem i dont have my car back yet and that I cant get to work, Ray Glassmen was extreamly rude and didnt seem liked he cared I was out of a car and couldnt get to work, They told me they would have to drive my car 150 to 200 miles which i found out from another toyota dealership was false it doesnt take that long to see if the car is fixed, I wouldnt even consider buying a new toyota now because of my last incounter at new rochelle toyota More
I had an accident for the first time in my brand new 2009 Highlander and I was so happy and impressed with how the guys at New Rochelle Toyota handled the repair of my car. I thought I was going to be so inconvienienced but Gabe my service advisor took great care of me. He arranged to get the car from this tow truck company that showed up out of knowhere after the accident, at the time of the accident I thought they were being helpful but when I saw there shop the next day I got a funny feeling about them. Gabe got my car from them, contacted my insurance company, arranged for a rental car and got the repairs done in less than a week. I learned so much from this experience and I am so glad I got my car over to New Rochelle Toyota and Gabe. More
I would NEVER recommend this dealer to no one. Its over a month later and I am still waiting for my deposit back. I was up side down on the car I wanted. I must say the Finance guy Tom and Dexter did all a month later and I am still waiting for my deposit back. I was up side down on the car I wanted. I must say the Finance guy Tom and Dexter did all they can to help me. The sales guy Steve Davis never called me not once. I had to call them all the time. After the deal fell through I was to get my deposit back. They messed up with putting my address in the system and sent the refund to the wrong address. I have called numerous times and always get a different story. A month later I am still waiting for the $200 I had put down. If I dont get some resolution soon I plan to take this matter as high up as I can. I went to another Toyota dealer on a Weds and picked up my new Toyota that Friday. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to New Rochelle Toyota. I had and still having a horrible experience. Besides Tom in Finace and Dexter John I would not recommend no one there. Plus when you call they leave you on hold for at least 10 to 15 mins just to tell you the person is busy or no there and dont expect any calls back. Maria in customer realtions is helping me get back my money. She is very nice as well. More

New Rochelle Toyota's "SUCKKKKKKKS", dont go there. More
I went to the New Rochelle Toyota dealershiop yesterday to get information about a Highlander SUV and if the price was right I would buy the vehicle. When I first arrived at the showroom I had to go to an to get information about a Highlander SUV and if the price was right I would buy the vehicle. When I first arrived at the showroom I had to go to another manager to hlep get me some assistance from a saleperson--everyone seemded to be having breakfast. I met a salesperson and explaind to him exactly what I wanted. It took me 50 minutes of total frustration to get some kind of repsonse from this person which was not complete. This salesperson provided me with a customer work sheet with three numbers on it, no specificity. Upon leaving, a manager followed me out the door, into the parking lot, and quired me about me problems. I advised the manager that I could not believe the ineptness of the personnel in this dealership and then I went my car. This manager,( name unknown but good description ) is a short puggy overweight unattractive man who wears glasses and has a beard, started to curse me with F's and Pr--K language, kicked my car, and then demanded that I get out of my car to fight him. He then yelled a few more epitachets of horrible language and I left quickly. I was afraid this short overweight bearded manager was going to kill me. I was waiting for him to pull a gun and start shooting. I actually thought I was being confronted by a '' Postal Worker '' situation. I called the Toyota Corporation to register my complaint and advised them of this most HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience and noted my personal fears in dealing with this store manager.
