Harry Satin was a most patient sales person. He used no pressure and was eager to please, and get us the car we wanted at the price we wanted. I have to say this time around it was like a completely different dealership from appearance (it was clean!) to an extremely friendly staff. Had a great experience...I walked in knowing what I wanted and knowing the price, I was willing to pay. Did research online before I went in. They did not have the exact vehicle I punched into the com wanted and knowing the price, I was willing to pay. Did research online before I went in. They did not have the exact vehicle I punched into the computer but told me they would do their best to get it. I agreed to look at what they had in their inventory. I found a Toyota Rav4 that met my needs and they met the price. After coming in with all the numbers I thought were fair, I was a little confused at the new options and pricing they were offering. I told them I wanted to go to the web site I used in order to find the pricing to see if the price they were offering was fair. They said absolutely and let me sit on their computers until I punched in all the info I wanted. I am very happy with the deal and the vehicle I got. Donte and Eric were both very accomodating to me. I am a woman and felt they were not condescending in anyway to me. They treated me with respect and kindness. I would definitely buy another Toyota from them in the future! Thanks guys!! More

I got a deal from ZAG and called them up to confirm if they would honor the deal along with a 0% The dealer is a scam..And full of lies and deceit... I got a deal from ZAG and called them up to confirm if they would honor the deal along with a 0%APR on a new Toyota Rav4. They agreed to it. I was doubtful and called them again to confirm still they said yes I drove up to the dealer almost for 2 hrs (traffic on the GW bridge) since was coming in from NJ. They did not honor the telephonic conversation. I believe either they have some kind of a receptionist to initially take your call and "Agree" to everything and all the nice offers you would ask them Then when you show up they would try to start bargain and the offers go out of the window I would strongly NOT recommend this dealer especially if you a deal from a site such as ZAG, If you dont want to waste your time or get duped. Based on prior reviews was VERY nervous going here. I went in with a consumer reports price report and pre agreed (online) pricing on the model I wanted. Luis was very courteous and engaged (we had been to a previous dealer whose agent acted bored the whole time) and took us right out for a test drive. No car buying experience is perfect because they want more money and you want to pay less, but overall I was very satisfied with the process. I was initially lowballed a bit on the trade-in (standard practice anywhere) but we negotiated and I was happy enough with where we ended up. Certainly less painful than selling it on craigslist. I was very happy with overall price of the car I was buying. (Highlander SE) After a very good initial visit and agreement to purchase one of the cars I went back to pick it up and finalize contract, etc. I'll be honest I went back expecting them to try and tack on some additional costs, paint protector, etc. There was none of that. Process was smooth and no issues at all. Got me right into my new car. Would recommend these guys. More

Recently went into New Rochelle Toyota dealership in New York and told them how much I had for a down payment($ 2500) and how much I could afford per month ($200 to $300) for a used vehicle to fit a family York and told them how much I had for a down payment($ 2500) and how much I could afford per month ($200 to $300) for a used vehicle to fit a family of six. They had me look at a vehicle (note it was dark by now); the car didn’t start. I told them it wasn’t what I wanted or was looking for and the sales person said, "Let’s see if we can get you approve for a vehicle 1st then you can get what you really want from the lot." few days later I got a call from the financial department asking for more of down payment and telling me I was approve I told them I didn’t want that car and made it known from the start. Two days later the Director of Finance (DOF) called me up pushing for me to come in. She went on and on about her credentials but not once listened to anything I had to say. She was very pushy and lacking communications skills. After many promises I would get a car -she requested we pick the car we wanted and she would correct the mishap- I agreed to meet with her the next day. I called to confirm the next day and I explained to her(DOF) I am traveling 50 miles, my husband will take off from work- her works nights- and we will have to bring our kids with us- this was a school night .Do you believe when I got there she left. I actually ran behind her car to stop her; we were so disappointed. She never told our sales person or her assistant we were coming. Our sales person asked us to pick the vehicle we wanted and we did. The prices were even lower than the other vehicle. We were told that the finance department will work on those cars. They had us wait from 4:55pm - 8:50pm. While waiting, we repeatedly asked to speak to her assistant in finance and was told, “She is busy”. She didn’t come to see us until 8:50pm we told her about the vehicles we picked and she said she will work on them in the morning. I asked her out of curiosity what the payments on the car we didn’t want and it was astronomical. I voiced my concerns the next day to the DOF she lied and said we agreed to a 2 pm meet; when I asked about the cars we picked she said they didn’t work on those cars because my estimated monthly payment is crazy. When I mentioned I am going to make a complaint and write about it she hung the phone up on me. We never got the service deserved and was treated poorly More
