I loathe the whole car buying experience and so I was blessed to encounter Aida Bones as my sales person. She did everything in her power to shield me from the unnecessary hassle and deliver my new car to me in a timely manner. Furthermore, she came in on her day off just to be there to deliver my car and when it didn't work out that day, her attitude remained positive and upbeat. When we made the final transaction, she was also there way beyond her end of workday. All the other sales people and managers were pleasant and accommodating. The environment is friendly and relaxed. Although they didn't have the exact model in stock that i was looking for, I felt really good about getting into the next closest model at a great price! Upon checking over the vehicle before leaving we did notice a few scratches and interior problems (not their fault), but both her and Nate were extremely accommodating and assured me it would be taken care of at my earliest convenience. And so far they've kept their word, following up right away on scheduling an appt. I have been leasing with Toyota for about 9 years now (almost all w/ New Rochelle) and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service at a fair price! More
