When I initially came to the dealership, I automatically told Demond that I had a Honda Lease and just wanted to see my options. Demond was at all times, very informative and professional. All of the questions that i asked him, he definately had an answer to my satisfaction. Low and behold, I ended up signing for the vehicle and will recommend friends and family to the dealership. It is quite obvious that he takes pride in his work. My only dissapointment was the status of the rubber floor mats, which is no fault of his. I am hoping that they will be coming in soon. I would give him the highest rating due to the fact that he described and walked me through the entire transaction with ease. I didn't feel pressured.
