This is the first time i have ever written ANY review for anything, but in this case i just had to! we went to three other dealers before i found nicole at New Rochelle Toyota, and boy the difference was am anything, but in this case i just had to! we went to three other dealers before i found nicole at New Rochelle Toyota, and boy the difference was amazing. I picked Nicole because her reviews were so positive on this website, and i was actually a little skeptical... i was worried the reviews were fake... WELL i can honestly say they real! In the first five minutes i asked Nicole a complicated question and she looked right at me and answered in full! i told her right then i like her because she answered my questions! She didn't waste our time, got us an amazing deal - got us an amazing trade in price (for real my car was a wreck and she got us $1000 trade in) I can't say enough how pleasant this car-buying experience was. Placed a $500 refundable on my credit card on 8/8, did not purchase the car, and have not been refunded - 20 days later. I had a great experience. I was greeted by a friendly face when I walked in to the dealership and was introduced to Harold Parks who would be my salesman. He took me out for a test drive in the vehicle I face when I walked in to the dealership and was introduced to Harold Parks who would be my salesman. He took me out for a test drive in the vehicle I was interested in (pre owned) and was quite knowledgeable. He was patient and addressed all my issues, the most concerning being a dented rear bumper on the car. He got me a good deal on my trade in and a good price for the pre owned car which included a new bumper!! I have no complaints. He was great! Joe went over all the financial matters with me and again, he too, was very knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Overall, it was a positive experience.
