I went here for a new lease and all 3 guys Billy, Allen and Thomas were so helpful. I live in Long Island NY and i went to a few toyota dealerships around my area for pricing and they were so pushy with me and Thomas were so helpful. The min i went there everyone was so friendly and kind, they had all the answers for all my questions and they we not pushy with me. Thomas did a wonderful job showing me the car and taking me for a test drive and he known everything about the car. Billy was wonderful and did everything he could to get me the suv i liked. Lastly Allen was amazing with the banks getting me a rate that was in my buget. They all worked really hard to make me happy and i'm so glad i went with them on my new 2012 Highlander. I wouldnt go to any other Toyota dealership. If anyone i know if looking for a car i'm telling them to go right to New Rochelle Toyota. I was referred to Mr. Parks through my sister who purchased a 2009 Camry with him. Mr. Parks met us at the door and greated us. I went with a list of cars I was interested in. He took me and my sister to a 2009 Camry XLE with only 19,000 miles mint condition. The car was beautiful after the test drive I knew I wanted to take it home. We went back to the office and sat down with Mr.Roula and in no time my license plates were on my car. Mr. Parks assured me if I had any problems to call him immediately.
