Worst experience. Wish I could give zero stars. Took a deposit from me for a Grand Highlander Hybrid which they told me I would have in one month, but the car never ar Wish I could give zero stars. Took a deposit from me for a Grand Highlander Hybrid which they told me I would have in one month, but the car never arrived (apparently it was inexplicably delayed). Always had to wait on hold for 30 minutes to an hour, just to have someone tell me they would get back to me later that day on the status, and they never would. I finally gave up, but never got my deposit back. Gave them my info three different times, they said they would handle that day, and they never returned the money. I finally gave up (again) and disputed the charge on my credit card. More
I recently visited the Toyota dealership service department for an oil change and tire rotation, but ended up having additional repairs done to my vehicle. Despite not being fully satisfied with the department for an oil change and tire rotation, but ended up having additional repairs done to my vehicle. Despite not being fully satisfied with the establishment, the standout experience was the service advisor, Robert Omelia. He was exceptionally professional, respectful, welcoming, good-spirited, understanding, and kind. His remarkable treatment and service are the sole reason I would consider returning. As someone who typically doesn't leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my positive experience due to Robert's outstanding service. More
I Dealt with Esther she was Terrific. I had to order my vehicle and she kept me informed each step of the way. She was also very considerate of my time. This dealership service center is awful and very irresponsible. I bought a brand new car and the trunk stopped working after a month and already 3 months I am waiting for they gonna fix it, they cou irresponsible. I bought a brand new car and the trunk stopped working after a month and already 3 months I am waiting for they gonna fix it, they could not fix it in the service center and told me would need to send it to the body shop but they could not provide me substitute car and they are not sure how many days the repair will take. Until now I have been waiting call back from the service center, regarding the available car that I can leave for repair. This is very frustrating, you are paying monthly payments but can not use your car. More
