I had never witnessed a management official amend a wrong so diligently and professionally. Mr. Shay addressed my concerns in a thorough manner using all the information available to him. Unlike most dealerships he didn't respond to my review with a "Please call me at your earliest convenience so we can discuss this matter." I am once again a happy Toyota customer.
