Could have been better... I bought a used car from this dealership and my experience wasn’t all that great. I was surprised they gave me the car without cleaning it or filling I bought a used car from this dealership and my experience wasn’t all that great. I was surprised they gave me the car without cleaning it or filling up the gas tank. I've never bought a car before that didn't come with a full tank of gas. The salesman who installed the front plate did so completely off center, making holes in the grill so I wound up having to buy a new grill because I couldn’t stand how off centered the plate was. Also, they attempted to remove the tinted windows that were on the car from the previous owner and cut the rear defroster lines. I was very concerned with no rear defroster especially going into winter. After about a month the temporary registration expired and I still did not receive my official registration. I called Toyota to find out where my registration was and the manager said it probably got lost in the mail and told me “just go to the DMV and get a duplicate registration". I wound up having to take a day off from work and go to the DMV to get my new registration. To my surprise, i walked out of the DMV with a $50 registration ticket on my windshield. I was so pissed I called the manager back and expressed to him my frustration. Finally, he told me to bring the car in and they would take care of all these issues. So I brought the car back and they installed a new back windshield, detailed the car, filled my gas tank, and paid the $50 ticket I got. I was happy that they corrected the mistakes they made. However, it doesn’t change all of the time, money, and headache I went through after purchasing this car, which is why I am unable to give them more then 3 stars. More

I love working with Harold Parks I called this dealer to confirm if a CPO car I found from Toyota Manufacturer website is actually available at this dealer. Natasha (hope I remember I called this dealer to confirm if a CPO car I found from Toyota Manufacturer website is actually available at this dealer. Natasha (hope I remember her name right) took the call and confirmed the car was at the dealer. When I arrived at the dealer I was asking for Natasha even though a rep came out to greet me. Then I realized Natasha was actually the telesales. Anyway after a few short minutes Natasha came out to greet me even though I already started a conversation with Harold. I told Natasha I wanted to make sure her customer wasn't stolen or anything. So it was a bit confusing in the beginning but Harold went on to explain the CPO car I was interested in, showed me exactly what work was done by the dealer to certify this vehicle. I asked him outright I had too many unpleasant experience in the past about dealer including the one I got just a short moment ago from a neighborhood dealer (Westchester Toyota to be exact). He explained that on the bill of sale if I decide to purchase a car at the dealer I would not see any document fee, processing fee and other fees which are hard to understand. While my family was testing and inspecting the car I also tried to bargain with Harold. He kindly refused to provide any discount but I know through research that the price for this CPO car was really fair. Due the salesmanship and carfax report my family was able to walk out with the car we wanted. Harold kept telling me he had worked for the dealer for 12 years and I trust it to be fact and I understand the reason why. If I had to pick on something about the whole experience, I wish the dealer could have tightened up the process a little more as there was some idle time where we did not know where Harold was and which manager was processing what documents. Anyway we stepped into the dealership around 1:30PM not sure if we were really buying a car and left around 5:45PM with a new car, so I feel that the overall time it took was reasonable. My experience with Harold and New Rochelle Toyota had given me some hopes about dealing with auto sales professional and car dealers. I am a sales professional myself (love mentioning that to Harold and other sales professional I dealt with when I was making major purchases). Honest and pleasant sales professionals like Harold really makes a difference in people's lives. More
