Every employee from the service department to finance is very professional and courteous. My salesman (Shane Harney) was extremely knowledgeable and was sure to demonstrate every option that was included in my new car interest. He was entirely professional and friendly and made every effort to ensure that I was taken care of properly. Mr. Harney goes above and beyond to guarantee that needs are met. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Bob made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate the fact that he was a thorough consultant, rather than a salesman, with the number one priority of understanding my needs. As a result of Bob's professional and friendly style, I purchased my new car within 24 hours of the test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was also outstanding. Allen Yingling fully explained the various financing options and I appreciate how quickly I moved through the financial process. And the information session with BMW Genius Nicholas Dylewski was truly superb. Stephen has a very relaxed and professional approach when interacting with clients. He was extremely helpful and eagerly seeking our business, without resorting to a 'high pressure' approach. It was because of our comfort with him that we closed our deal on the same day as our appointment ... something we rarely do. We were also especially appreciative of the services of Allen Yingling in Finance; Nicholas, BMW Genius; and, Brandon in the parts department. Tony was ready to help us by finding out what it is we were looking for, answering all our questions, talking about the different packages, right down to explaining how all the buttons worked. I liked how Tony didn't make us feel rushed, made us laugh...it was like he was out salesman for the time we were there and he was going to try to help us to the best of his ability. If we were not 100% satisfied with the buying experience and service departments, we would look elsewhere for our vehicles. Larry New once told me "that the brand sells the first car and the service the second." With that philosophy, it is no wonder that the New Motors experience is first rate. More
