Caring, easy, and comfortable I wanted to buy the new Forrester, but didn't want to have to deal with the sales process. I was given an appointment to come in, sign a few papers, and then leave with the car "within 20 minutes or less". Unfortunately, when I arrived, the paperwork was not completed due to a power of attorney mix-up and I had to start from the beginning. Shane was there when I walked in and immediately started to help make the situation easy, peaceful, and painless. He had Andrew, the sales manager talk with me and help expedite the process. Having worked with Shane during our car purchase in 2013, this was another extremely enjoyable process. He listened to our desires and was able to tailor the buying options to fit our needs. Nicole made the financing and paperwork portion of the process very quick and easy. With the help from Taneeka, Shane, and Nicole, we were able walk out of New Motors with two cars within just a couple hours.
