I saw a vehicle on Madison Craigslist. I called and got a hold of a sales person named Thurston. He was polite, very professional, and answered all my questions. As a woman, I like that. I hate the typical sales pressure. New Glarus motors is a wonderful dealership to do business with. I wish all dealers were like New Glarus motors. By the way, about 2 weeks after my purchase, I had a minor issue, which they were more than happy to take care of for me. I did get an extended warranty for 3 months or 3000 miles, and that covered my issue, and I was very happy. They were very easy to do business with, and their service manager Sean went above and beyond. I could not recommend this dealership more highly. More

I bought a car from this business. It took them nearly 4 weeks to cash the check. They said that it would be good for my interest (I don't need a financial manager, I need a car salesman.) 4 weeks of drivin weeks to cash the check. They said that it would be good for my interest (I don't need a financial manager, I need a car salesman.) 4 weeks of driving a car that you don't really own is bizarre. Anyway, and within a month, the headlight went out (turned out to be melted wiring) and the RPM s went haywire. Very expensive fixes to need before changing the oil. They told me upon purchase that they drove this vehicle so I found it odd that the headlight in particular (within a week of purchase) wasn't noticed by them. Also very unresponsive. I would recommend another dealer. More
