First off I went through a terrible expensive experience with Glens Falls Toyota where they didn't talk to me for days, didn't fix my car, told me "Did you think that you may have to live with it?", then c with Glens Falls Toyota where they didn't talk to me for days, didn't fix my car, told me "Did you think that you may have to live with it?", then charged me almost $600.00 and told me what roads I should stay off of. YES THAT REALLY HAPPENED! I went to New Country Toyota where your greeted by friendly staff, you're treated like a VIP whether you're there for air in a tire or an extensive job. Now I've been chasing sensor issues with my 08 Avalon for months. I decided to take it to New Country Toyota where I was greeted by Eric in service and made a plan to drop it off the following morning. They put one of their best technicians; Ezra on it first thing. I received regular calls from Eric as to the status of the car. When the technician discovered the root of the problem Joe the service manager called me. Turned out the timing chains had way too much play, the gears were worn and the sensors couldn't communicate with each other for the car to function properly. So going over all my options with Joe I chose a new engine with a 3 year warranty. Yes; I'm well aware that was the most expensive way to go other than spending over 75% more and buying a new car. My car is in great shape, I keep up on everything so the new engine was the right decision. Anyhow... The service department treats you like a VIP whether you're there to put air in a tire or for major work done to your vehicle. From the time you walk in you're promptly greeted by whoever sees you first asked if you need assistance and brought to the person that will be helping you. Yeah, nobody points and says go that way; they actually walk you to the person who will be helping you and introduce you to them! The waiting area is comfortable, there's plenty of refreshments and you'll continually be checked on by staff to make sure that you're ok. After making my decision I was introduced to one of the lead technicians, Ezra who was to be performing the work and explained in detail what was wrong with my engine. I have to say; the level of professionalism from the moment you walk in the door to the time you pick up your vehicle is outstanding. New Country Toyota service has it figured out. Customers want to be treated properly, we need communication and need understanding that we are potentially looking at a terrible situation. They made every step of the way as smooth as possible. I'd like to thank everyone at New Country Toyota for their hospitality, professionalism and help through my experience there. More

I have been going there for three years and have always had a good experience. I especially love dealing with Naomi, who is very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. She constantly keeps in touch with you while you are waiting and keeps you informed. She is a gem. The other service associates are great as well and it is a pleasure to deal with the staff at New Country Toyota of Saratoga Springs. Service here is always on point. More

Terrible staff, borderline criminal practices First off let me say that I wasn't a fan of them trying to get my name attached to a blank check by trying to convince me not to have a preinspection First off let me say that I wasn't a fan of them trying to get my name attached to a blank check by trying to convince me not to have a preinspection which is recommended on their own website. Then they didn't communicate to their own staff that I wasn't interested and I was then bothered several times while at work about picking up a car i wasn't buying. When I went back to get my deposit only then did they inform me that there are specific hours that they could do refunds which would require to take time off of my paying job to get my money refunded. On the last trip to get my money back they needed to ask for my full name which was on the card they had because apparently reading is very difficult for them. The person also gave me sass the entire time I was getting my money back even after having to ask me how much needed to be refunded when I had been in there not 16 hours earlier. The amount of dysfunction and incompetence shown makes me wonder how they have any business at all. More
