My experience at Toyota and Scion of Clifton Park was excellent. First of all I love my new car a 2012 Highlander. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. My salesman Spencer was great; he answered all my questions and was helpful in locating me the car I wanted. Mike, Darren and Dan are all excellent managers who assisted me in everything I needed. Jared made me feel comfortable about signing all the paperwork and explained every document in detail so I knew exactly what I was signing and why. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a Toyota. I will 100% be back when it is time to purchase a new car. More
It is impossible to get through to this dealership by phone. All lines, whether sales, service or parts are permanently busy. I have been trying to schedule a service appointment for several days and c phone. All lines, whether sales, service or parts are permanently busy. I have been trying to schedule a service appointment for several days and cannot do this either by phone, or on their website which shows all service advisers as unavailable for the entire month. I want a call back at 518-877-6359 to schedule a service appointment ASAP. The 800 # rings, is answered by a robo voice that the call may be recorded, and then goes to "busy". More
My son's 2005 Camry was scheduled to be serviced Fri 8/5 but I called to see if they could take it Mon 7/25(he was on vacation)--as always--sure Lorraine--no problem so I needed a ride home after dropping but I called to see if they could take it Mon 7/25(he was on vacation)--as always--sure Lorraine--no problem so I needed a ride home after dropping off--instead--Dave Saunders offered to come & get it for me--so he did-- Jake & Jason took EXCELLENT care as always--back struts needed + 90,000mi check up --so great as they check ALL---never an issue--you can rest easy that all has been checked on car was ready Thurs for pick up--as Mike Rauccii had asked Jason to have the interior/exterior cleaned/washed for my son Steve---looks & feels like a brand new car-- needed someone to help me drive 2 cars home--Dave Saunders took care of--delivered the Camry to my door-- & the price--awesone--very fair --more than fair for all the work done to the car How can one NOT be satisfied with such GREAT care-- +++ they fit my son's girlfriend's car in Tues 8/2 for an inspection--come on in--NO problem AWESOME More

Kevin Marinello was the salesman who greeted us while we were looking at Venzas on the lot. He was very helpful and answered our questions as well as finding a V6 AWD Venza for us to take for a test drive. were looking at Venzas on the lot. He was very helpful and answered our questions as well as finding a V6 AWD Venza for us to take for a test drive. When we left we told Kevin what features we wanted (and didn`t want)on the Venza. The next day Kevin called us and told us he had a car for us to take out for a test drive that would meet our specifications. We went and drove it, discussed terms and decided to buy the car, provided some additional accessories be added. Due to illness, Kevin was unable to be there the day we picked up the car. He had Darren Dodge meet with us and go over all the features of this Venza. Darren answered all our questions and helped expedite the whole process. Since it was a holiday, there would be a slight delay in the accessory order, which we understood. When the parts arrived we were notified and Darren spoke with the Service Department Manager and was able to make an appointment,that same day, for the installation. The Service Department was very accommodating and efficient. Both Kevin Marinello and Darren Dodge were very professional, excellent representatives of Toyota and Toyota Clifton Park Auto. We went to Toyota of Clifton Park on a Saturday afternoon to see if anyone could help us get the driver's side rear seat of our Sienna back into place- we were trying to take the seats out to make room for f to see if anyone could help us get the driver's side rear seat of our Sienna back into place- we were trying to take the seats out to make room for furniture that we were moving- one side came out, the other side would not, but when we went to put the side that came out back in again, it wouldn't budge. We got there around 4:05pm, and the service department had just closed. HOWEVER, Jake waved to us to come in, and asked how he could help. We explained the situation, and even though it wasn't an emergency, and he could have told us that the service department was closed, he instead offered to come out to try to get our seat back into place so that we could use it. He was unable to get it back in, either, so then he went inside to get Nick and Jesse, who both came out and were very friendly and not acting annoyed at all, even though they had every right to be since their work day had ended and they probably were anxious to go home to start their weekend. They worked on the seat for about a half hour, in 90 degree weather in the hot sun, without complaint. They kept telling us that it was no problem to see what they could do.... Finally, we felt that we had kept them long enough, so I said that I would call Monday to bring the car in during regular business hours, since they had already given so much of their own time to try to help us. I did call Monday, and was able to get the Sienna in on the day and time that I requested. (I also needed the 20,000 service, so that was done at the same time.) Jake, Nick, and Jesse should be recognized for giving up their free time to help us- and we are new to the area, so they didn't even know us. They were all very friendly and seemed more than happy to help. Even though they weren't able to get the seat back in on that Saturday afternoon, the fact that they were all willing to try shows outstanding customer service on their part, and they are the reason that we will continue to use Toyota of Clifton Park for service on the Sienna, we will recommend them to anyone who asks, and we will definitely come to Toyota of Clifton Park first when we are ready to buy another car, SUV, or van! (On a side note, the seat was fixed and the car was serviced during my scheduled appointment time, which was much SHORTER than I had expected! :) More
