Worst buying experience ever I had called this dealer at 9 am and scheduled a viewing and test drive of a used vehicle for 3 pm the same day. 2008 Toyota Tundra with 133,xxx miles I had called this dealer at 9 am and scheduled a viewing and test drive of a used vehicle for 3 pm the same day. 2008 Toyota Tundra with 133,xxx miles. The vehicle was pulled up front when I arrived and I went in to see the salesman I was talking with. He did have the car fax prepared but knew no maintenance history vehicle considering it came from New Country Toyota new. I went to look at vehicle while salesman was getting history. I walked around vehicle and saw some obvious things wrong and looked a little closer and found other things wrong. The worst part is when I opened the door.....the vehicle smelled so bad I couldn’t keep the door open or look inside. The timing belt had never been done(due at 90kmi), parts falling off the exhaust, gas tank sheild was dragging on the ground, there was a 5 gallon bucket worth of mulch in between bed liner and metal bed. White truck and black undercoating all over whole truck. I was back inside to find salesman about these concerns before he even got history. Why they would show it like this? I was told they don’t fix anything until it’s sold. I wanted to test drive anyway if they were willing to fix all but was told I couldn’t test drive bc no one was avail to zip tie gas tank shield. I tried to reach out to sales mananger very politely two separate times to ask about this poloicy but never called me back. I was extremely disappointed with this dealer and will not go there ever again even if they have the exact truck I’m looking for. Worst car buying experience ever! Thomas More
Excellent Buying and Maintenance Experience! I had a truly no pressure and accomadating sales experience. My salesman was great in showing me just what I wanted and didn't pressure me to get ad I had a truly no pressure and accomadating sales experience. My salesman was great in showing me just what I wanted and didn't pressure me to get additional services. I had my first 5,000 mile maintenance and my car was picked up and delivered back to my place of employment in less then a couple of hours. I highly recommend this dealership for it's no gimmick and honest approach to sales and service. By the way, I love my Toyota Corolla. More

BUYER BEWARE I brought my Prius V in for a recall item and was over charged for the parts that were installed. These are the words from Toyota care & Toyota Financ I brought my Prius V in for a recall item and was over charged for the parts that were installed. These are the words from Toyota care & Toyota Finance, they were not quite sure why I was charged for everything that was done. I was asked if I wanted an oil change in the process, I told them that I would bring it somewhere else and have it done. I paid the excessive bill and drove it home. Shortly after getting it home, the car stopped running again and I had to have it towed back in again. I was told by their service department that I ran it out of oil and now have a blown engine. The Prius V has just over 90,000 miles on it, I've had it for 3 1/2 years at this point, and I still owe $13,500. The only thing that makes sense it that the car was prepped, oil drained thinking they had a sale, and never filled back up. I was given a car back with no oil in it, I have a $13K boat anchor that Toyota will not stand behind sitting in my front yard since last year. I was called, told my paperwork and keys are on the front seat, get it off their property, or I would need to start paying for storage. They said they would be happy to repair it for $7,200. I had the car towed home and got it back with a flat tire, dead battery, and everything that was taken off the car thrown in the back seat. The car wasn't even put back together. This is the 2nd time the service was way past non-professional. This car still sits in my front yard from last fall. What a xxxx poor operation, the car never came back with the fluids topped off let alone any oil in it, and it was returned to me in pieces. BUYER BEWARE - Stay away from New Country Toyota in Clifton Park, New York. I Can Not give a Positive Review, it would be the furthest thing from the truth. More

Good service experience. My experience with them is that they have been quite reasonable in regard to servicing my vehicle. No negatives at all. I've never felt like they were trying to gouge me for more money unlike the dealers for my past vehicles. I no longer have those other vehicles because my service experiences were so poor. I'll probably add another Toyota soon. More
