These men will look in your eyes and lie without a single blink. At first they lied about the date when my warranty expired. Then they said that they couldn't pull up the entire warranty file for my vehicle blink. At first they lied about the date when my warranty expired. Then they said that they couldn't pull up the entire warranty file for my vehicle because there computer system would not allow them to do that. After they told me that I called MBUSA and they told me that every dealership has access to it and that they are full of it. After the MBUSA spoke with Bill they told me that I had burnt CDs in my disc changer which broke the Commando system which would cost $2500 to change. At the time I had one cd in the changer which was an original. If you do have your car worked on here request you have another adviser help you. And if anyone from the MBUSA Corprate is reading this I hope you change the people working for you. These people are the face of your company. Thanks to Bill and Mike this is the last Benz that I will ever have. More

It is just about a one hour drive from our home in Massachusetts, but We just leased a 2012 MB C300 4Matic from New Country Mercedes in Hartford CT. It is just about a one hour drive from our home in Massachusetts, but well worth it. I called the dealership on Tuesday and spoke with our salesman Dean and determined the specific car we were interested in leasing. Dean had the exact car ready for us when we arrived later that evening. Dean was very professional and courteous during the entire process. It was not what I had expected from a large city dealership and we were pleasantly surprised. The entire process was very streamlined and hassle-free. I had done my homework with regard to the value of my trade and the options on the new MB, so we wasted very little time arriving at a fair price for both. The deal was struck and happiness level had risen to "100%". We met with the sales manager Bob Ewing to discuss our financing and he was friendly and professional as well. He organized the deal and we finalized it a day later. Financing a new car can often be an unpleasant, but our experience was great! We arrived to pick up our new MB and it was prepped and ready to go. New Country had taken care of all the details of registration and inspections (even across state lines). Dean spent time with us to review all the options on the car and ensure that all of our questions were answered. The bottom line is that we will be back again and look forward to working with New Country in the future. Todd and Kimberly Green More

I have never had such incredible service. Everyone was extremely nice and went out of their way to make my experience pleasurable. I was immediately set up with a rental car. Before I got to this dealership, I was already set on buying a smart car. I was making the trip after having gone to the smart center in Fairfield, CT. I did not find exactly what I wanted in my smart an buying a smart car. I was making the trip after having gone to the smart center in Fairfield, CT. I did not find exactly what I wanted in my smart and knew there was only one other smart center in CT; New Country Mercedes Benz. When I walked through the doors, I was immediately greeted by someone who asked how they could help. I mentioned my interest in the smart and he said he would grab someone for me. Dean came over and introduced himself to me and 3 others who came with me. We looked at 3 different smarts and compared the pricing of all of them. I wanted the Highline radio system and only one had it; the one I bought. We sat down to do all of the paperwork and Dean asked the right questions to make me feel like I was getting a deal on my trade-in. I received a fair price and was given helpful advice in regards to some modifications I had done to my previous car. This would be the first car I ever bought and I had little credit but was told I would have to wait until Monday to hear the decision, as I did not notice it was past their closing time and Dean never rushed or failed to explain anything! He even took the time to joke and tell us a personal story; what an amazing view Dean! Monday rolled around and I got a call from Dean who worked out a deal with MBF, and approved me for 0% financing and can finalize the sale on Tuesday! After finalizing everything, Dean taught me the functions of the car. He did not have an overwhelming knowledge of the smart car, but was nice because I felt he was genuinely learning with me. I was able to teach him the voice recognition feature Wilma (my smart car) offers. He sincerely listened to everything both my "entourage" and I had to say. I drove off the lot a very happy customer and look forward to one day returning for another car! I can't thank them enough for treating me no different then someone looking to buy a much more expensive car or someone much older then me (22). Thanks for helping me make the "smart" decision! More
