This was our 3rd experience wtih Mirella in purchasing a vehicle. We had previosly bought and this time are leasing a new C300 4 matic. We have had great experiences and will return. Overall great experience. Amazingly friendly staff. We came in wanting a specific model and specific color (both exterior and interior). Christopher Langley, Kristi Williamson and Don Salierno all worked came in wanting a specific model and specific color (both exterior and interior). Christopher Langley, Kristi Williamson and Don Salierno all worked together to find us our new car, giving us a follow up phone call and several emails over a couple weeks. We were with our 4 year old and everyone made the visit pleasant for all of us. They covered everything thoroughly, both with the features of the car and with the finances. This was in stark contrast to our experiences at Land Rover in Avon, MA and even at the Benz dealer where we bought our last SUV. Highly recommended. More
I had problem starting the car just few days after my service A here for which I paid around $400 for my 2006 Mercedes 2006. I went to the service center with the problem. I told them I have intermittent service A here for which I paid around $400 for my 2006 Mercedes 2006. I went to the service center with the problem. I told them I have intermittent problems in starting and the message that pops up is "battery alternator, visit workshop". They told me that they checked the battery and alternator and there was no problem in my car. I returned but I continued to have the problem again. I called them and left a message but never got call back. The service director howvere answered to my email about the whole situation and tried to help me to get an appointment again. This time they told me that my car needs a battery and an alternator which would cost around $1700. Either they did not check my battery during the service A and my subsequent visit. Also they told me specifically on my second visit that they checked my battery and alternator and had no problem with them. I do not know how to and what to believe. I now am wondering if they do all other tjings in the servicing properly or not, or if we just pay for nothing. Also dont know if they really find a ny problem the last time or just said it like that. It was a very very bad experience. I was so pissed off that I am thinking of changing my plan I had of buying another Mercedes from this dealer. Also I am never coming back for any service here. More

He answered all my questions with no hesitation or delay. The process took about 2-3 weeks and not once did he dismiss me because he didn't think the sale was going to occur. I felt valued and important no matter. The quality of the the Mercedes-Benz speaks for itself, but the customer service and dedication from it's representatives deserves to be noticed and applauded. Another person I'd like to mention and give lots of thanks to is Robert Ewing. I don't know how many times I had to call this man to figure out the paper work between their dealership and my out of state bank. He being the only finance manager at the dealership, busy as can be, didn't matter. I would leave a voice mail and he would call me back within minutes. In addition to that, he was able to get the Mercedes-Benz dealership to match my bank's interest rate. That made the process so much easier. I can't say enough to express the gratitude of the very customer driven representatives at the Hartford, CT New Country Motor Cars, dealership.I would strongly recommend Donald J. Salierno and Robert Ewing to be your partners in crime the next time you decide to purchase a Mercedez-Benz. I know you will not be let down. More

Experienced failure of tie-rod and bearing on freeway, with my wife and children aboard. Dealer replaced bearing and tie-rod under warrantee (no cost to them), and refused to accept any responsibility for avoidable tire damage and risk of life. Incompetence and/or lack of integrity? More
