My new car was due for its yearly service which I pay with my lease- and not only do they could not service my car on the weekend they were trying to give me a loaner from enterprise not equivalent to my luxury car. I called the Mercedes Dealer in Greenwich CT at 5pm Friday and was seen by 10am Saturday received a loaner of same equivalence as mine and their concierge met with me to go over the features of my car- something that was poorly done in Hartford. I will always go to Greenwich for all my future needs for my Mercedes-Benz. More

Needed new brakes and roaters only after 3,000 miles I purchased a 2013 pre certified 350 C in May of 2015, in Dec. 2015 I brought the car in because there was black soot all over my front rims, the ser I purchased a 2013 pre certified 350 C in May of 2015, in Dec. 2015 I brought the car in because there was black soot all over my front rims, the service center told me I needed new breaks and roaters and charged me $700. , even though I had only put on 3,000 miles since the purchase of the car. I asked for a discount of some sort this seems not right to me, they told me there was nothing else they could do for me, plus I would like to add this is my 2nd car purchased from them. Avoid this place for service work Horrible experience. They are extremely unprofessional with time management and sent me the shuttle very late. I was stuck at my work with no car for Horrible experience. They are extremely unprofessional with time management and sent me the shuttle very late. I was stuck at my work with no car for more than one hour. Shuttle came past 6pm. Also I went for the problem of a pull in my car. They did an alignment (not sure if that was the problem and its their responsibility to find if it was or not) and charged me. The problem was not fixed, the car had the same problem. When I tried to contact them, they just justify themselves. I paid for nothing. I am sure if I went to any other service center, they would be honest to tell me the real problem and wouldn't charge me dishonestly. I advice you to find a other place. My experiences with other places are much better. Also in the past, they had tried to charge me thousands to replace catalytic converter while my car was eligible for the catalytic converter under the EPA federal law. I did replace it for free, but if I did not do the research about the warranty, they would have charged me the money. Believe me, I have done a lot of servicing with this place and spend several thousands there. I now go to other independent repair shop and they do a much better job and above all they dont charge me blindly and are honest. The new country seems not to listen and understand the problem the customer states and always eager to just suck off money from you. More

Mir ensured that everything was completed as promised and did so in an efficient and effective way. I also worked with Brenda in service and she also did an outstanding job. If you ever make a purchase in the part sales department of this dealership be prepared to hear a robot recite the same phrase to you over and over ag If you ever make a purchase in the part sales department of this dealership be prepared to hear a robot recite the same phrase to you over and over again when you try to make a return for a part you don't need, "All sales are final for special ordered parts." Fortunately for me this lesson cost me only $40 because i managed to fix the spare part i had ordered but they refused to make the return even though my prior business with them has been for much more money. Don't make the mistake I did, buy parts ANYWHERE ELSE unless you enjoy headaches and no customer service. Most of the employees were very nice and I think the biggest problem is the New Country Sales Policy as well as the Sales Manager Dave who has no common sense and treats the people who pay his salary (consumers) like they are garbage. I understand he is in a though position but I will be making a formal complaint against him for giving the Mercedes Benz franchise a negative image and disenfranchising their customers. More
Worst Experience I recent found a vehicle that my wife really liked. I called a salesperson (heem, I think is his name). At first he was very eager to help. Once he found out I lived 600 miles away he just lost interest and I feel he just didn't care. I was already preapproved and ready to go. I was also willing to fly out and pick up the car. Then I spoke with Jarold (Suppose to be a Manager). He threw me some lines and said we can work it out and would get me all the numbers. So I said ok. Next day comes and no response and I tried to get ahold of Jarold to see what is going on. When I call the dealership it goes straight to Voicemail ( they screen phone calls) also I have never called a dealership and never been ignored like this place. They don't even have a receptionist and if they do then that person is about worthless. I finally get ahold of Heem and the vehicle said it had 6 miles on the website and heem tells me they told that this vehicle has 5000 miles. I was anger because they lie on their website. Since my wife wanted the vehicle we looked past that and still wanted it. I don't understand how a so called "High End Dealer" treats their customers like garabage. I drive a 60,000 Ram Truck and those dealerships at least treats you with some kind of respect. Apparently New Country doesn't want to sell their vehicles to bad. If you want me to buy from you "New Country" then you better treat me with respect and give me a better deal. If not then I'm sorry my money isn't good enough for you. More
