Warranty and scheduled maintenance I had a warranty issue with a 2013 C 300. I was helped by Sammy Cruz who was knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. Great Customer Service I am writing this note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by New Country Mercedes dealer’s Service Department Mr. Ron Chwal I am writing this note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by New Country Mercedes dealer’s Service Department Mr. Ron Chwalek, Technician James, GM Steve Dunham and at most importantly Brenda service consultant. It was a great team effort on last week when i drove in with broken windshield wiper and low air tires. I was attended by this good and hardworking people from Service department. Brenda and Ron hardly took 15 minutes to rectify the problem of my car. The ability to provide the resolution quickly exceeded my expectations. Keep up the good work guys! More

Ron in service I was having a difficult time paring my new iphone to my C300 so I stopped at New Country Mercedes in Hartford on my way home from work on Wed, 3/30/2 I was having a difficult time paring my new iphone to my C300 so I stopped at New Country Mercedes in Hartford on my way home from work on Wed, 3/30/2016. Ron immediately came over to help me. Not only did he get my Bluetooth working but he loaded all my contacts and showed me how to scroll thru them using the wheel so I never have to touch my phone looking for a contact. Ron did an exceptional job helping me considering I didn't even have an appointment. Thank you Ron! Cathy W. More

Immediate SERVICE Saturday morning before a week long winter trip I received a warning message - check passenger low beam. Drove to New Country in Hartford, drive-in service door opened, greeted by Ron who immediately addressed the problem, walked with me to the parts department, brought the bulb to a tech (Emett) and before I paid ($12.00) for the bulb, the work was done. This was just an amazing experience. I haven't been treated so good ever, even at a 5 star hotel. New Country Mercedes is the epitome of customer service. There wasn't a time where Mike was too busy to answer my questions, assist in creating the best deal for our budget, he even came to our home to sign papers because we couldn't get to the dealership due to such hectic schedules. Who makes house calls? Mike does. Now everyone please don't expect this man to run to your house but know that this man goes above and beyond to accommodate you. New Country, because of Mike, you have lifetime customers. My greatest hope is that you reward Mike accordingly for this kind of service. I would like to see him recognized please.
