Service Greeter-This person does a good job of greeting customers in the service drive and welcoming you to the dealership. Client Advisos-Generally they do not acknowledge customers arriving for service and you can stand there for 5+ minutes waiting. As well, after the R.O. is prepared and they know you are a "waiter", there is no attempt to keep you informed about status of your car. Waited 3 hours in the lounge without contact, then told parts would need to be ordered. Loaner Cars-On 2 separate occasions a loaner recommended by the client advisor was not available the day of the service appointment. On the first occasion I was contacted before I left the house, on the second service appointment I was not informed prior to arrival at the service dept. Pairing cell phone to my cars I needed to have my new cell phone paired with one of my cars (Mercedes Benz C300). I was very lucky since there was no one waiting to be seen when I I needed to have my new cell phone paired with one of my cars (Mercedes Benz C300). I was very lucky since there was no one waiting to be seen when I arrived at New Country Dealership. Ron Chwalek is always there and has a friendly, positive attitude. He was able to immediate take the steps to pair my new cell phone. Since they were not busy, I told Ron I was going home to get my other Mercedes Benz GL450. I came back in a very short time Ron came over and paired my new phone with the SUV. I'm so happy that he provides this services at no charge and he is so pleasant! Thank you so much! Susan K More

My technician Dee, he is also fantastic, going over my vehicle with me thoroughly and helping me understand what exactly is wrong with the vehicle. Brenda Scully is always a sweet heart following up with me after my repairs have been made to make sure that I am completely satisfied with my experience, which of course I always am! NO FOLLOW UP & COMMUNICATION I had two 2012 Mercedes GL350's. I had to get rid of them because I had started an organization & the statement was made that I have a lot of money. I had two 2012 Mercedes GL350's. I had to get rid of them because I had started an organization & the statement was made that I have a lot of money. Yes I do, but between an accident then MS, my life has not been easy. What prompted me to consider a new car for my wife is that I got a mailer stating that I would get a large credit on a new GLS450. I was shown a paper that shows one or both of the cars that I had bought in 2011 & sold in 2013 were exported in 2014. It is my feeling that I was treated poorly because I am disabled. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The salesman did not even have the decency to return my phone call that said I would not be able to have the funds until after the first of the Year. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I had driven a GLS450 the prior week at another dealership & liked the car, but the dealer would not lower the price due to demand. To surmise, I will never purchase another More
