I have had the pleasure to meet Mr. Ron Chwalek in Service on many occasions when bringing in my vehicle to the dealership. Ron's customer service is exceptional and he goes above and beyond to make sure my issues (no matter how small) are addressed. Ron makes sure all of my concerns are address and taken care of before leaving the Service area. He is very thorough with his explanations and gives his total undivided attention to me as if I was the only customer there. He is very friendly, honest and makes me feel like "family". I am happy and pleased when I pull out of the Service area knowing I received the best customer service and additional knowledge about my vehicle I I didn't know prior ie: the correct tire pressure, using the shift paddles versus not using them, etc. So needless to say, I will continue doing business with Mercedes Benz in Hartford thanks to Mr. Ron Chwalek, his friendly smile and his AMAZING customer service! Always the BEST! Today I just stopped in to the service Department because I had two dashboard alerts - low coolant levels and low tire pressures. Both could be nothin Today I just stopped in to the service Department because I had two dashboard alerts - low coolant levels and low tire pressures. Both could be nothing urgent or could lead to something urgent. I didn't really have the time to attend to either...but stopped in without an appointment and hoped for the best. I got better than the best...drove right in...Ron Chwalek handled both problems right away...answered my concerns about causes and potential future problems particularly with the coolant...even cleaned out the leaves that had blown under the hood accumulating on top of the engine. I was back on the road in twenty minutes...Thank you Ron! More

Great service! I recently had to stop in to have my tires checked, air adjustment in all 4 tires. On my way to work driving on the highway the tire pressure symbol c I recently had to stop in to have my tires checked, air adjustment in all 4 tires. On my way to work driving on the highway the tire pressure symbol came on so I stopped in without an appointment. Ron Chwalek was able to take me right in and I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes! It was great. The bay was full of cars but they now have a air chuck/ hose to fill the tires in the middle of the bay so it worked out great. By the time he filled my tires I was able to easily drive out of the bay. Brenda Sostre also came out to check on me, and I always enjoy seeing her. Love the service. More
