We worked with Hector who is a knowledgeable, personable, and professional salesman with a great personality. There was no wait time with our appointments and the test drive was easy and fun as Hector had me and professional salesman with a great personality. Also, I must have called and texted Hector 10 times and he was always responsive and accommodating, which I very much appreciated! Price: they worked with us some. Things did add up after the price of the vehicle was lowered. Finance Manager: also knowledgeable and personable. He made the process as smooth as possible. The one thing to be aware of is purchasing an extended warranty for a used vehicle—they rolled it into the financing, which is not fair. I should have pushed harder for that not to happen or just not purchased through Lexus. I was worried about the electronics going on the 2022 rx350, not the engine or transmission, at all. Overall, the experience was excellent as we felt cared for and respected. More

I bought my first Lexus 28 years ago and have come to expect superior and luxurious service from a Lexus dealership. We were not disappointed! We were impressed. While this was Lexus number four, it was my first brand new Lexus purchase. Having made an online appointment we were greeted by Elton Dos Santos, who was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the difference between the NX350H premium and the various RX models. I wanted to understand the differences between the Hybrid and the plug in hybrid as far as performance and size across both models. Already owning an EV we had many technical and specification questions about a hybrid. Elton was wealth of technical information and a patient guide through the process. At the second visit I picked the model and color the process was quick and easy, I took delivery six days later. The negotiation was short and the price very fair. Elton represented the Dealership very well and the paperwork person was good too! The entire experience was top notch! More

Worst dealership I have encountered in a long time. I had to sell my current vehicle. On my way home the salesman called me and offered to buy my car outright as a wash, I said its a deal and I”ll come back Tuesday and pick it up. I got to the dealership 50 miles away from me; and the GM was not there, nor was my salesman, Rick the sales manager was rude and tried to jump my price $150 and roll in the negative equity( i fully disclosed my payoff and how many payments I had left in the initial conversation) Rick said they didn’t know i had more than a few payments left and didn’t care that I wasted 100 miles and time for a false promise. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THAT DEALERSHIP.. they love bait and switch tactics. More
