And since my husband was not with me, the invitation was also extended to him. The car is great. Just what I was looking for. I have never been treated so rudely than I was by General Manager Tim Parker. His attitude towards customers is not suitable for that of a BMW dealership. In other words, according to Tim, the customer is NOT right, and he doesn't care what you say. I was planning on buying a BMW from them, but will now take my business to BMW of North Haven. I DO NOT recommend this dealership or Mr. Parkers "don't care" attitude to anyone who is looking for even "good" customer service. Thumbs down Mr. rude Parker. More
