Sales manager and the salesman (who I thought I trusted) completely pushed me My 3rd (in the last 6 years) and my LAST Bmw purchase from New Country! Sales manager and the salesman (who I thought I trusted) completely pushed me into a corner during a purchase/delivery of a new vehicle. The most upsetting experience I’ve ever had making such a large purchase. My wife and I Preordered a new SUV 5 months prior through BMWUSA, Put a $1000 required deposit and choose the finishes we wanted. We waited patiently while this new model made its way to the dealership and were anxious for its arrival. Never having experience with this type of new model vehicle purchase before, we just went along with the lead of the salesman whom we’ve done business with twice before and felt comfortable with. During the 5 month wait ,our salesman never discussed the actual out the door purchase price with us nor spoke to us about finance/lease payment options. We never signed any documents. We knew what the msrp was but assumed we’d talk details upon arrival. Well delivery was scheduled for Saturday morning and it was time to pick up the car and talk details. I arrived at the dealership and felt my salesman did everything possible to distract me from actually talking about numbers until I just asked him when we’d discussing the purchase price and options? He answered me assuming the sales manger had discussion on that with me the day prior when getting a trade in value/appraisal on our old car. Well that discussion never happened. He then completely shocked me and told me that they’re only selling vehicle at full sticker price!!..but he’d Talk with the sales manager while the tech guy showed me new features and set new car up. After tech tutorial I was lead right to the finance office. I was in complete shock, I explained to the finance person that I was not ready to sign purchase documents yet and needed to speak to manager and understand the numbers and options. Bob (sales manager)then came in and explained to me that my preorder of the vehicle 5 months earlier and waiting/want meant essentially my back was up against the wall. He didn’t care one bit about me and If I Bought the car or not. He told me the car I ordered for my family and myself would be sold later that day to the next person that walked in. My loyalty and repeat business meant nothing to him and New Country BMW. I felt so taken advantage of because I was emotionally sold on the car already. I just want to warn others out there that are considering buying/leasing, don’t make the same mistake I did. Find another dealership that appreciates you and your business and cares about you as a customer today and next time. Not one who’s main focus is to wack you as hard as they can ,because they know they can. Offer you a bottle of water and think that good customer service. I’m never giving them my business again and hope you consider the same. More

First-Class Buying Experience It has been almost 7 months since I purchased my Used BMW 640i X-Drive Grand Coupe Sedan. Why did I wait so long to post a review...I thought that it It has been almost 7 months since I purchased my Used BMW 640i X-Drive Grand Coupe Sedan. Why did I wait so long to post a review...I thought that it was important to see what the dealership's actions would be once the sale was made. I can tell you that New Country BMW's Management, Client Advisor, Services, and Product Genius were exceptional during the sales process and continue to provide great service today, when needed. I had done my research, when I walked in I looked for and introduced myself to Steven Rothman, Sr. Client Advisor, his previous reviews did not disappoint. He was attentive, listened, and followed the process that I was comfortable with...unlike most deals, I did not test-drive the car until we agreed on the price and terms of the deal. He was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable, there was no back and forth with management behind the scenes during negotiations. I would strongly recommend Steven to others who are looking to purchase a car at New Country BMW. I assure you that you will enjoy working with Steven. Chris Booth, Pre-Owned Manager, also needs to be recognized here. He was available and present during the negotiations, it was not just a number being delivered by the Client Advisor, something that I very much appreciated. Chris also provided service and lease history on the vehicle I was interested in which clearly showed all records and money invested by the dealership...it provided an additional level of confidence that this was the right car, at the right price, from the right dealer, for myself and my family. While I have not had the car in for Service to date I will say that the car was clean and spotless on delivery. They were quick to act and follow through when a part (license plate bracket) needed to be ordered and installed. Julius Brown, now a Client Advisor, was the Product Genius at the time of this sale, walked me though every aspect of the car, he was excellent, patient, and cared that I understood how to use the features on the vehicle...he even offered to come to my house when I was unable to link the garage door opener. I would strongly recommend this dealership and these individuals the next time you are looking for a BMW! You will not be disappointed... More
