Stay away from this guy… I didn't listen to what other BMW fanatics were trying to advise me against and I've got burned. I'm bringing the car back for the third time (same reason)! At this point I wouldn't say that my general experience was horrible but I strongly believe that the service rep is out there to pay attention to things that you would normally pay attention to. On the other hand, in this instance I view the dealer through the quality of service I get. I'll give them another try this time with Ethan Gombossy…<br><br>On another note, when I was buying my BMW I have walked into the dealership and was nearly humiliated by Vahan Zhamkochian (I could only speculate in saying that I might not necessarily fit the demographic profile of most BMW owners). I purchased my 2002 Mini Cooper S from New Country. I also paid MSRP, unheard of when the MINI first came out. Peter Brass is excellent to deal with. Not the best price but nice people to deal with.
