From a no pressure sales environment, taking in a trade where I felt like I was treated fairly, delivery and pre-owned and I will keep coming back. I purchased a certified pre-owned 3 series from this dealership. I felt from the minute I walked in I was treated with respect and all of my expectations were met. I received a great value on my trade in vehicle - i got the trade appraised at car max as well however, New Country was willing to give me more for my vehicle. I had the used car for about 3 years before I turned it in for a leased x3. When the 3 series was due for maintenance I never had any issues making my appointment at new country for service my car was always in and out same day. The certified pre-owned warrantee is hard to beat on a used BMW. As for my leased x3 everything was covered under warrantee including regular maintenance for the length of the lease so again very easy to make appointments in service and get the car taken care of. Whenever I have a question my client advisor is always more then happy to help or direct me to someone who can be of assistance. Just a really great dealership with really helpful employees, the finance manager was also very easy to deal with and very helpful and the general manager, Tim Parker, wants to make sure all of the vehicle owners have great experiences in sales and in service. Since having such great experiences with both a certified pre-owned vehicle as well as a new leased vehicle my husband and I have leased 3 more new vehicles from this dealership and from the same Client Advisor. We have a 2 year old and I would trust no vehicle more then a BMW with my family, the safety and security the brand offers with its exceptional product is un-comparable in my mind. I have bought one new car from New Country BMW and serviced two BMWs here. I think they have always been fair and courteous, treating me with respect. I continue to run into the general manager, Tim Parker, at area BMW club events and we continue to chat like old friends. I think he has done a great job of managing and running the dealership. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to answer my questions. Warranty work was performed as it should be, without issues and a loaner car was provided. I have just purchased my second car from Mr. Langley and must say I am quite pleased with the way this gentleman does business. He is quite knowledgable about the product, has a low key, no pressure sales must say I am quite pleased with the way this gentleman does business. He is quite knowledgable about the product, has a low key, no pressure sales strategy, and is up-front and transparent when it comes to price. None of the running back to the salesmanager crap with this dealership. My car was delivered when promised in impeccable condition with the exception of a set of floor mats which I'm told are on backorder. Mr Langley also scores highly in the "post-purchase" category, with prompt replies to the questions I have posed. Overall, a "thumbs-up" to this dealership and its practices. More
