When I came for an Oil change last year, one of the technicians went for a joyride in my car and drove above normal driving conditions. The dealership admitted fault after the technician admitted guilt that they took advantage of my car. I felt completely disrespected by this service team. In addition, I had to let the service advisor know when my car was ready, before they did ( after the car wash was preformed). I was at the dealership for 2 hours, JUST for an oil change! I hope they used my experience as a learning lesson. If you have an S Model Audi, go to another local dealership, the technicians will abuse your car. More

We bought a used car from this dealership via the internet and emails. It was the best experience and shortest time we ever spent in a dealership in our 30 year history of buying new and used cars. Bought car off my lease and was charged 895 conveyance fee. Found out after I was ripped off because if I went to Audi direct would have been no charge.
