Paul Ihnatovich was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Paul made sure that I received everything I was looking for in the car, and at a reasonable price! The entire process was stress-free and quick. I am so happy with my new leased Audi A3, and will absolutely work with Paul again in the future when my lease is up! Thanks for everything! More

Two strikes As of today I have now had two bad experiences with the service department at New Country Audi. My first negative experience was on February 7, 2015. As of today I have now had two bad experiences with the service department at New Country Audi. My first negative experience was on February 7, 2015. I scheduled a service appointment because my engine light and I figured it would also be a good time to get my 55,000 mile service done as well. I was impressed when I called that I was able to get a Saturday appointment so quickly. However, I should have known that there were issues with the service department when I received a call to confirm my appointment for the wrong day. None the less I straightened it out. Being that this was my first time at the dealership I was not familiar with the valet process. I was greeted by a rude gentlemen that gave me an attitude when I got out of my car. When I went inside the process was no better. I sat with a service advisor named Ken Watanabe to review what was to be done. He quoted me an outrageous price for the 55,000 mile service and told me that my spark plugs needed to be replaced. Thank goodness I knew better than that, and knew that in fact my sparkplugs did NOT need to be replaced at 55,000 miles. I declined the service and had only the engine light serviced. I was also appalled at the significant price difference in service between New Country and Danbury Audi. The ONLY reason I returned for service on my car today march 17, 2015 was because my car would not make it to Danbury Audi. I delt with a different service advisor today, Danny Pankerican, who was much more knowledgeable and helpful, however, this appointment also ended in irritation and disgust. I spoke with Danny several times throughout the day regarding several issues. One of which was the service. I explained my prior dealings and why I declined the 55,000 mile service to be done. I was informed that the information I was given and the price quote I was given by Mr. Watanabe was in fact wrong. After dealing with Mr. Pankerican, I started to feel a little better about the dealership, and thought ok I’ll continue to take my car here when needed...once again I was WRONG! When I walked to the dealership to pick up my car this afternoon, I was again treated rudely and left once again irritated. Before leaving my house I checked the New Country service invoice for forms of payments that were accepted. According to the invoice it states, “For your convenience, we accept local personal checks up to $500.00, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.” However when I paid with my Discover card, the only card I brought with me, I was told it wasn’t accepted! I pointed out to the girl what it states on the invoice, had her read it. The answer I got was “well, I don’t know.” I was told I could not take my car to get home to get another card, and I wasn’t even offered a ride to my house, which is two streets away from the dealership. Customer service goes far with people and New Country Audi service department seriously lacks in that area. If you are printing something on an invoice, it should be honored. After all, a customer is expected to pay for services rendered by you, why are you not held to the same expectations? These invoices are misleading and a reflection of New Country Audi. More

Even after the sale, Marty spent over an hour with us showing us how every facet of the car worked. He even went one step further by asking us to please stop by whenever is convenient and he would spend as it long as it took answering any additional questions and sitting with us again to go over the various features of the car. The service we received from Rob Sorenson Jr. and Anthony Rodia was also exemplary. We hope to be doing business with this team and dealer for many years to follow. Thank you again for everything!!! Rob diligently worked hard on getting me a loan, and overall both were extremely helpful and tactful in making my experience nothing short of great! Overall It took me literally a week to be placed in the car which I went there for. There was never a moment where they tried to sell me something I was not interested in. I would completely recommend this dealer to others, it's a bit out of my way but was well worth the drive. I love my Audi and will more then likely stick with the brand for a long time, if I ever need to buy another car in the future this is where I will be investing my money. because they made feel that it was more then just a sell. Paul was extremely honest, friendly and informative in helping us to lease a Q5. From the moment Paul greeted us at the door, he was not pushy or misleading in any way. Paul helped us to explore all of our options without trying to influence us and made us feel fully informed when making our decision. During the test drive, he explained all of the bells and whistles as well as the standard features and upon pick-up of the car he sat with us in the car for about a half an hour reviewing the features once more and answering all of our questions. This was after we arrived late due to a train delay, after the dealership had closed. We did not feel rushed or pushed out despite the late hour (8pm!). Additionally, Paul went above and beyond in service and kindness when he helped to jump our other car that we had driven to the dealer (clearly NOT an Audi), which had died in the parking lot - again long after closing and far beyond Paul's obligation. We had a truly refreshing, comfortable and enjoyable experience working with Paul and New Country Audi and would refer both to anyone look for honesty, integrity and professionalism when searching for a car. One of my fog lights was broken and my back bumper had some chips in it. Not only does my car look better than ever now, but it was ready to be picked up the next day. In addition they supplied me with a rental car of the same quality free of charge and the staff was extremely helpful. More
