Horrible customer service department This is the second time I have had to bring in my 2016 Q5 for service and they are not equipped to deliver what is promised and very unprofessional. This is the second time I have had to bring in my 2016 Q5 for service and they are not equipped to deliver what is promised and very unprofessional. Both times I had reserved a loaner car for a 9 am appointment and they don't have one. I can't even get the service done on the recall that your car can catch on fire because they can only offer a rental from enterprise that is a pick up truck. I am a mother that needs a car that I can put a car seat it. The only person that will speak to me is the assistant service manager Ernie. I ask for general manger of service or general manager of dealership neither of them are in the dealership at9:30am. Unfortunately, the service department of this dealership is not equipped to handle the volume of work. I had to wait 20 minutes in my car just for someone to be able to check my car in. This happened the first time too along with bad attitude from the employee who was overwhelmed. At least today he was cordial and apologized for the wait. Go somewhere else for service. More
