She explained everything very clearly, noted the differences between the vehicles, answered any question I had. She was also very patient as I went back and forth with the lease/buy debate. She was communicative and when it was time for delivery, she had programmed my information into electronics of the car and we were ready to go. I would recommend Gabrielle Perenti as a salesperson without hesitation if for no other reason than her knowledge of the product, but she happens to be engaging and thorough as well. The experience from the initial contact to the final signature was a pleasure. Joe and Aniello were fantastic, friendly, and very fun to deal with and we shared many laughs along the way. I dealt mainly with Joe and he was responsive to all my concerns, questions, and requests as I waited for my order to arrive. I had requested my car to remain wrapped as delivered and Joe was happy to accommodate. When it arrived, Joe picked me up at the train station and we went to a shaded private location to unwrap and inspect the car together. This is where I met Abdel. Abdel showed incredible care as he ensured the car stayed in pristine condition. Taking me through all his steps to prepare it for me. I already knew Abdel cared for the cars and the customers by watching him on my previous visit and seeing how careful he was moving the vehicles around. You can tell immediately he is a genuinely good employee and I was thrilled to be able to meet him. Joe introduced me to two of the technicians, Ed and Alex. Both of them took a good amount of time to answer my questions and even provide me insight into maintenance and ownership. Invaluable information to me and both of these guys seemed like they would go above and beyond to help and I felt I could trust either of them with my new car without a doubt. Nick spent time with me to go over all of the features and technology and he even chatted at length with me while I waited for the finance manager. Nick was great and we even figured out a few new tricks with the car together. Extremely knowledgeable and just very easy to deal with. Friendly, courteous and made it super easy to get in my car and know how to use it immediately. Finance was easy and straight forward. Mohamed made sure every single question I had was answered. He called in experts along the way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. This is where Ken came in as well and explained in detail how I could maintain my car personally by ensure my warranty isn't in jeopardy. Ken was super knowledgeable and eager to help. Mohamed worked with me to get me the right coverage for my situation and I felt no rush or pressure at any point. Another fantastic component to my experience. Joe made my experience top notch by getting me in touch with all the great people above, while also never refusing a request or making me feel pressured ever. Joe was my goto for everything.
