I placed an add on the Internet describing what I want. No sooner I did it, Mr. Gioia answered and told me he had what I wanted. Patiently, he listened to my stressful story and made me an offer I was very happy with. He is polite, has fine manners and he is very knowledgeable in his profession. He introduced me to his colleague, Lee, and both spent few hours explaining how the multimedia system works. Great Experience After doing some online research, and actually finding a pre-owned A4 through a reputable wholesaler, a family member suggested I reach out to Caswall After doing some online research, and actually finding a pre-owned A4 through a reputable wholesaler, a family member suggested I reach out to Caswall as he has helped her, as well as other friends purchase Audis. Within a few minutes of meeting with Caswall, he identified a car that was a good fit for me financially. As a single mom with three kids and a full-time job, I was hesitant to walk into any dealership on my own, knowing that I am not exactly a pit bull when it comes to negotiation. Caswall pretty much took care of that anxiety and reassured me with facts, not just words. The fact is buying certified, pre-owned from the dealership saved me money in the long run over the lower-priced vehicle at the wholesaler. Caswall has a great personality, shared just enough of his previous life so that I knew I was dealing with someone with world experience, not just someone interested in pushing cars. Went Above and Beyond After a lengthy search for a Certified pre-owned Audi A8, I found a car two hours away from my home at New Country Audi of Greenwich. Working with Ia After a lengthy search for a Certified pre-owned Audi A8, I found a car two hours away from my home at New Country Audi of Greenwich. Working with Ian Chang was fantastic. We negotiated a fair price with a trade in with a couple of additional conditions including new mats and repainting the hood of the car. On pick up day, we had a couple of mishaps that the dealership addressed seamlessly. First, not realizing I needed a certified check, I showed up with a personal check. The dealership could have played hard ball, but they didn't. We worked out a combination of credit card and personal check. Problem solved. Next, stupid me, I forgot the title for my trade in. Instead of asking me to go home and come back, we completed the deal. I drove home with my new car and IAN FOLLOWED ME HOME ON A 2 HOUR DRIVE TO GET THE TITLE...Problem solved. That same evening, I noticed a warning light come on indicating a tire pressure issue. Ultimately, the issue was traced to an improper tire mounted on the car by the dealership. Once this was determined, they could have asked me to come back up to the dealership to replace the tire. Instead, they had me get the tire replace locally, saving me 1/2 a day of driving, etc, and mailed me a check for the cost of the tire/mounting. These guys really know how to teat a customer. Outstanding job. Highly recommended. More
