Greenwich Audi went the extra mile Caswall was wonderful to deal with, I was 110 miles away and getting a car for my daughter who lives in CT. I had a fantastic experience with Gabrielle Parenti in my first time assessing an A4. She was incredibly thorough, very patient, and very enthusiastic about Audi and this particular model. But with no pressure at all, Gabrielle sold me on the car and on working with New Country Audi of Greenwich. She really knows her stuff, and I can't imagine a better representative for Audi than Gabrielle. And I love the new A4! More

I arrived at the dealership at my scheduled 6 pm t Nikki was terrific. Found the car I wanted and made the purchase so easy!! All over email and fax. I arrived at the dealership at my scheduled 6 pm time to finalize paperwork. Nikki was ready for me - showed me the car and was prepared and fun to work with. She and I spoke while we waited for the finance guy. He kept me waiting for almost 1.5 hours. No communication as to a delay and no attempt to speed up previous appointment (which was scheduled for 4:30 pm). That piece of the process was not acceptable. Nothing to do with Nikki - but a process that does allow for multiple deliveries. Not sure why I had to wait for the other appointment when I had a 6pm time scheduled with ‘Rob’. Thanks all. Love my new Audi as always. More

Terrible Service Department I am writing this in hopes of saving anyone else from dealing with what I've had to deal with not once, but 3 times with this incompetent service depa I am writing this in hopes of saving anyone else from dealing with what I've had to deal with not once, but 3 times with this incompetent service department. Six months ago, my car was brought in for a recall and left the facility with damage to the vehicle. During the painful process of trying to get my car repaired, two different service consultants were terminated/left. Weeks later, the car was fixed free of charge. I chalked this experience up to maybe a once in a bluemoon bad experience and decided to give the dealership another try for my routine maintenance this past month. While in service, my car was dented - at which point myself and the service adviser inspected the side of the vehicle and noted the dent damage being the only thing there. While the car was being serviced for the dent, two additional scratches were placed across two of the doors on the same side of the vehicle. At this point, multiple team members informed me of a clear separation of controls that required a valet individual to hold a copy of the check in sheet with damage, and the service associate having the additional copy. However, contrary to these statements, both copies were held by the same service associate which exhibits no segregation of duties and a clear lack of controls. There was no control in place to prevent any one person from modifying the original paper work since the copy was still attached. As far as I'm concerned, this organization is using a forged document to avoid paying for damage that they caused due to their own complete incompetence. We were most recently told that they would only fix it if we paid out of pocket, or ignore the damage if we were to trade in the lease for another Audi when our lease ends. After countless attempts to try and mediate this situation, this dealership just does not care and continually lies about the nature of the scratch. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional group of individuals and will never step foot back in this dealership. This is my second Audi, and I have had it serviced at other dealerships countless times before and had truly 5 star experiences, never with an issue. What is going on in Greenwich is a total embarrassment to the brand and I cannot wait until the day I can return my car and take my business elsewhere. Please take your service elsewhere! More
