Thomas and I had agreed to a price for the car I wanted via text. I came to look at the car and said I wanted it We go to the trailer, which I thought we were going to start the paper work. After a few minutes Thomas left and didn’t tell me where he was going or what he was doing. After about 5 minutes I asked where he was and Carlos called him back. What ever he was doing I feel could have been done while I went to my bank for the check for the car. I eventually signed the paper work and left to go get the check. I was gone for a few hours and Thomas had text me during that time to tell me the car was ready and detailed. When I came back and gave payment Thomas said he was going to top off the gas. He had several hours to do that when I was gone. He was gone for over a half hour. I asked how far the nearest gas station was but no one told me. There was ALOT of unnecessary waiting around on my part. Not very good customer service or communication on what was going on More
