No Pressure on Add-Ons: I appreciated the relaxed approach to extended warranties and services, allowing me to make informed decisions without feeling pressured. The Bad: Issues After Purchase: Unfortunately, things went downhill after the sale. Dealing with post-purchase issues was an immense struggle. Overpayment Issue: We made an overpayment after the purchase and requested a price difference refund turned into a two-month nightmare. Poor Communication and management: The management team (sales manager Ali and Jesse) displayed abysmal communication skills and lack of care. No proactive updates, missed follow-ups, and excuses instead of explanations left us feeling ignored and frustrated. Lack of Transparency: The reason for the delay in our refund remains unclear, creating suspicion and anxiety about whether we'd ever receive our money back. Overall, our experience at New Century was a tale of two halves. While the initial purchase was positive, the post-purchase service was abysmal. The lack of communication, transparency, and accountability severely tarnished their reputation in my eyes. With how smooth the initial purchase experience went, we were considering another car from them in the near future but after this ordeal, we’ll definitely look elsewhere. Prospective buyers beware! While the initial buying experience may be pleasant, be prepared for potential hurdles and a lack of support if you encounter any issues after the sale.
