I was 30 minutes early to my service and they took me no problem! Gave me a discount on my service, and even washed my car for me for free! Car was not repaired at your facility but it took almost 2 weeks to figure out your sight was not going to be able to completely fix the issue. Then your rep. referred me to another place- a body shop up the street which is worse and currently all together, both repair centers have had my car for over one month just to replace a brake sensor and the scratched fender.
