Elvis is truly the one and only king of New Century Kingdom! Elvis is a great sales manager! Let alone the fact that he will treat you as a personal friend. Let’s say for instance my current situation was a bit complex (very complex). I reached out other two BMW dealerships which I happened to be familiar with, and did not end up with a happy resolution. I reside in Alhambra, so I just decided to give it a shot. Elvis assisted me right away, throughly to my situation and options. I submitted the application and contacts me the very next morning to the dealership and close a deal. I was in disbelief since my two unpleasant experiences from other BMW dealership. Well I was trying to check out a X3 or X2 something not that extravagant, after a couple of hours of intense negotiations and paper protocols Elvis The One and Only! Did it! Along with very competent staff they were able to approve me and helped me drive out with a Brand New BMW 5 series! I will forever be grateful, not just because of the brand new vehicle which I love! But most importantly for the excellent and superb service! Family like service! It was an honor dealing with you and the rest of the staff. I expected to be there for at least 2 hours, but we were able to find the perfect car I wanted and strike a deal in less than half that time. In and out – it was a breeze. He’s genuine, transparent, very easy to work with and able to get you through the negotiation process very quickly. I will be recommending Sami to everyone I know and he’ll be the first person I’ll call next time I need a new car. Also can’t say enough about Sean in the Financing dept – he really knows his numbers and his knowledge is much more extensive than others I’ve met in his role. I had a lot of questions for him and he was very patient and helpful in answering all of them. The guy is top notch! Fantastic experience all around! More
