The initial experience of getting here was met with acrimony between departments and confusion as to who was responsible for me like I was a problem for them. Moving forward to the actual repairs, I got charged 9 or 10 dollars for each screw they used as well as a hefty markup on the part itself. Orlando was helpful, he tried to find ways to bring the price down, but was ultimately unsuccessful. More
