Made an online appt with the quicklane for an oil change. Came in and the guy said the appt system is broken but he could still get it done by the end of the day. Told him there was a squeak at startup that sounds like the belt or a pulley is going and to please check it out or let me know if I need to get another appt at the service center. Never received any indication my vehicle was done. Called late in the afternoon to verify it was done and yes it was done and he said they couldn't replicate the squeak and everything looked normal. 2 days later the water pump puked the entire reservoir of coolant and I had to get it towed. Needless to say I took it to a different dealer for the service. More

Purchased a new Bronco from this dealer. It has had rear break squeaking since I first drove it off the lot. Will never buy a car from this dealer again and I purchase a new car every 3-4 years More
