HORRIBLE!!! FRUSTRATING!!! LIARS!!! I guess I was just the recent lucky one. If you do go, ask for Raul. I wanted to handle everything with him but Ed was there that day instead. Let me tell you about Ed. I don't know if he is just an idiot, or just can never keep his promises that spill from his fast talking lips. I am not grousing about one person, but of them all as a whole, including the owners dog that runs around the property and showroom slobbering all over the grimy tile floor and seats of the cars. Yes, the owner drives the cars with his dog who kindly leave drool stains and fur everywhere. I have photos to show. Back to special Ed who did his best to seem kind through a crooked smile. When I test drove the vehicle I purchased, I pointed out how filthy the seats were with mud, slobber, and fur. He quickly assured me 'Oh we will take great care of you and get that cleaned up for you.' Only seemed fair that they would, considering it was from them in the first place. When I came back from the test drive, he ask how it drove, so I was honest and said 'it was smooth but it pulls quite a bit to the right.' Yet again he opened his mouth and assured me that it would not be a problem, that he can get that taken care of before leaving with it. I was happy to hear that (oh how sweet lies sound when you take someone for their word) so I proceeded inside to get the ball rolling. Let's just say it was more of a block. He was very short and demanding of getting everything to him that day. In the meantime, they pulled the vehicle in the back and told me they were getting it ready to take. I told him I would be back the next day to pick it up so that they could fix the alignment and clean the car. Tomorrow came and I was upset that the only thing they did was tear the price stickers from the windshield. Seeing that the inside was still nasty I asked if the alignment was fixed. He stuttered like a buffoon and said they checked the tire pressure and an employee drove it and that it drove straight as an arrow. B.S! I told him I will be the judge of that. Ed told me to bring the vehicle in the next day so they can fix it IF it does not drive straight, and so they can clean it. Sure enough, it drove as curved as an arrow's trajectory. Their "clean" was pathetic with trash still in the back and mud still on the mats. They ended up getting the alignment fixed after three days it was first promised. Joe and Raul were nice, but a couple people will not make a crappy team decent. More

In July,2012, my girlfriend and I purchased a vehicle (cash, out the door) from Ed. Mr. Ed indicated that we would have a 90 day warranty and prior to the expiration of said warranty we could come back (cash, out the door) from Ed. Mr. Ed indicated that we would have a 90 day warranty and prior to the expiration of said warranty we could come back to the dealer and purchase an extended warranty for 39 dollars a month. Sixty days later, we returned to the dealer and spoke with the owner's son (or so we were told)who told us that we would only be able to get the warranty if we paid 1995 cash immediately. We told him what Ed said, and he first indicated that Ed must have been confused because the payment plan only applies to cars that are under 10000 dollars, which conveniently mine was not. He then insulted us by saying that maybe it was a miscommunication on our behalf. Obviously, when the salesman says you can pay 39 per month for an extended warranty, miscommunication is not the problem. Of course, Ed was not there to explain himself (big surprise). Initially, I was very happy with this dealer, but one of the reasons we purchased this vehicle was because we thought we would be able to purchase a warranty and make reasonable payments on said warranty. Why did we think this? because the genius car saleman said so. I'm not suggesting that they are blatant liars, maybe they are genuinely ignorant about the products they are selling as the owner's son suggested. Either way, if they make you any promises get them in writing and signed, otherwise they may screw you as they did us . More

The car I purchased with these guys has been in their shop or parked outside my house more than I have driven it and I haven't had the car even five months. Many of the times it was in the shop it has been the same issue, "an easy fix" is the only is about the only info, the guy who sold me the car can never explain to me what is going on with the car or what had been done. Yeah, they got me into a car easier than any other dealer could have but the service on the car should be much better. It has been terrible, they never return calls or call when they say. My car will sit on their lot for days and I will finally get find out what is going on. I would still recommend them, especially if you have bad credit. They're nice guys, but their shop on site, overall attitude about the constant problems with the car they sold me has been of concern, since they do not seem to be concerned in the slightest, over all i guess my experience this far has been pretty awful. More

Not only did we buy a car from them we just got done paying it off. i had neck surgery and was late a couple weeks and we just let them know and made it up the next month. I would send my mother and my sisters to these guys They are fair and honest which is Very rare to find in any dealership!!!!!!!
