I have given this rating for many reasons but the top reason is that they are crooks. When you go into the dealership they over charge you. I requested to purchase a Xterra 4x4 4 wheel drive. I felt that the car would be safe for my children and I. They sold me a two wheel drive. I went and I complained, however they did not car. Ali fliped me off, you know gave me the finger. They told me to get out of the dealership and laughed at me. I have had many problems with the Xterra and can not trade it in due to the debt ratio on the car. I am single mom and a NYC teacher and I can not afford to throw money away. I am very upset. The service department is not much better. DONT GO THERE! More

I will agree with the other reviews, do not go there. Everything they tell you on the phone is just a tactic to get you in the door. She even faxed us a coupon for an extra $200 off with a customer number so as to facilitate the paperwork. After battling all kind of traffic, we get there and we sit down with a salesman who says that the only Vanessa he knows is an operator, but he can help us. Ok meanwhile we are looking on the lot and we do not see the car we were assured was there. Also the salesman says he has to get the price approved. Ok, he comes back and says, the price is doable, but the car is not there and would take about 4 days to get. He puts a document on the table with bank and other fees we were assured would not be charged. At this point we stopped negotiations and walked out. We later get a call from Vanessa with a promise to make things right if we would like. We agreed and almost a month later we still have not heard from her. This is the second negative experience we had with a Nissan dealer and we gave negative feeedback to Nissan Usa with our phone number, but have not heard from them. Do not frequent this dealership. They seem to prey on the uninformed. More

Bad REPUTATION!!!Don't trust them! They were nice and friendly only before the purchasing. Right after that-completely different people. The sales person never returned my phone calls. The sales manager was not cooperative at all. He completelty disregarded this issue and the fact they made a mistake. He refused to give me the name of the General Manager. The stock No. of the car on the paperwork doesn't match with the stock# on the key. I would never recommend Nemet Nissan to anybody. More

they have very nice cars over there but be careful about the car you are buying, if you are buying a used vehicle (like i did) don't be fooled the way i was. i recently bought a 2005 altima, i saw the car the car you are buying, if you are buying a used vehicle (like i did) don't be fooled the way i was. i recently bought a 2005 altima, i saw the car and liked it, they told me the car had 19086 miles when i got the car after paying for it the paperwork showed that it was inspected at their garage with this milage but car actually had 19586 miles, they also give it to me with an emty gas tank, soon as i drove out the dealership i had to pull in a gas station,they also gave me on key for the car and i had to get a spare one made for $185.00 and after all this they then told me i had to take into one of their garages only to know that there was a recall on the car. my advise is to be very careful with these people. they would lie to you just to get it out of their hands. He made me sit around waiting for the car to be delivered, which took several hours, and even suggested I activate the insurance for my new car, all the time knowing that I'd never get the conditions he had promised. He never showed me the paperwork, never said exactly what the APR and the dealership fees were going to be, and I only got the real numbers once they sent me to the financing manager after wasting a whole day. Today I went to the Nemet Auto Service Center for a Synthetic Oil change and to fix a squeek I heard in my brakes of my 2007 Nissan Altima. After claiming he had run a disgnostic on the car the mecha Synthetic Oil change and to fix a squeek I heard in my brakes of my 2007 Nissan Altima. After claiming he had run a disgnostic on the car the mechanic told me that I would need to replace my brake pads and "cut" the rotors. He also told me that I will need to do my 15,000 mile service on the car. He gave me an estimate of the cost which he said totaled $775. Nothing was signed and I told him to go ahead. After he gave me a booklet about what was going to be done on the car, I called him back (exactly five minutes after he gave me the price quote) and I told him I did not want to do the 15,000 mile service on my car. This alone cost me $550. He told me he could not do it because they had already ordered parts for the car. The parts were air filters and pollen filters which it turned out were never replaced in my car. I was lied to about the actual cost of the servicing. The labor alone cost me $475. Actual parts cost only $235. After doing a test drive on the car they claimed that they had fixed the brakes in my car and there was no squeeking. However immediately after driving off I relaized that the brakes were still squeeking. No air filters were replaced in my car, which was part of a standard 15,000 mile service for the car. He claimed he had ordered this for my car. I took the car back and road tested it with a mechanic from Nemet (this was supposed to be done in the first place since it was a part of the 15,000 mile service that I paid for). They were actually supposed to do two road tests. One before and one after servicing the car. He found where the squeek was coming from, which was the rear back tire however the brake pads they had originally worked on were the front. I was told that I would have to pay again in order to have the back brakes now fixed. I have to wait until next week when I can take another day off to go back and fix the same problem yet again. I feel like I was ripped off really badly. I should have been able to cancel my servicing after five minutes. I should not have been told that parts were ordered when they were obviously never ordered because they were not used in my car. I don’t know what else I can do except not return to the delearship for further servicing of my car. I hope this gets reported and something gets done to stop Nemet from doing this to other people. They will try to rip you off. they tend to hide your paperwork from you and charge you for things you never asked for which they charged an additional 3 grand!!!. They also will give you the highest AP paperwork from you and charge you for things you never asked for which they charged an additional 3 grand!!!. They also will give you the highest APR possible. I was qualified as 1 Tier credit at a much lower APR and they said this is what they would give me and they didn't. They hid the paperwork from me. More
