Rohan made me feel comfortable and not pressured into making a sale. He offered good advice and carried him self in a very professional manner. These are the type of salesmen you want to deal with. From the time I walked into the doors until the time I walked out those same doors my sales rep Javon Ferguson walked me through everything and explained everything I needed to know about purchasing my very first new car. He helped me to make everything affordable and I stayed in my budget at the same time. That was the best feeling ever. He walked me out and showed me every function to my new car. He also assured me that if I had any questions for me to call him and that gave me a piece of mind even after driving away in my new car. I am so happy with my car and with the service I received from Javon at Nemet Nissan. Thank You Javon and Nemet Nissan for everything !!! More

Prepare for the worst This dealership tries every sleazy tactic in the book to get you to buy. The worst one is the lying. If one person tells you something to get you to buy, someone else will tell you it can't be done 30 minutes later. Yes, 30 minutes, because one of their sales tactics is to make you WAIT forever. I spent over three hours in their showroom--which is not a pleasant place--while they supposedly consulted with higher ups on the price, which they never delivered. By the time they were through with their shenanigans, they had added $400 to the Truecar price and told us we would not be able to get an incentive because they did not have the car in stock, which would have cost us another $750. Funny, because another dealer got us that same incentive the next day. All this was before we had even see the finance manager. Who knows what other nonsense would have take place there? Unless you want to spend a day in a showroom being told a bunch of nonsense, avoid this dealership at all costs. More

Sarah, my daughter, was unsure of what she would get. She was constantly going back and forth between a sedan and a crossover suv. Her inability to choose was wearing on me, and I can only imagine what it did to the salesperson, but Charlie was incredibly helpful and patient. We found our negotiation par for the course, but the manager, Mario, was very nice and willing to work work us so we could get a good deal. We finally met with the finance guy. I think his name was Elway. Great guy! My daughter had limited credit, but many questions. So Elway showed us some options that were available that would keep the payment affordable. Thanks to the Nemet Nissan team, Sarah is the proud owner of a 2015 Nissan Rogue. Thanks guys! You'll see me again! More

Got the car I wanted at the price I wanted I haven't always had the best experience at this dealership. Sometimes I've left without the deal I wanted and felt like they were trying to charge m I haven't always had the best experience at this dealership. Sometimes I've left without the deal I wanted and felt like they were trying to charge me too much and that the service was a bit too informal. However, this past Sat May 30th I leased my second car in a row from them and was very happy with the deal and customer service I received. I worked with a salesperson named Javon. He was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted, very respectful, and he said one way or another we will find a deal for me. That's what I want to hear. I could tell that he had years of experience and was a professional who cared about me, his customer. The initial price I was given was not what I wanted but when I told him what I was willing to pay he got that price for me. Along the way he was very friendly and courteous and he made sure I knew everything about my new car before I drove it off the lot. This place and any dealership with be better off with a lot more "Javons." Thanks for taking care of me, man! -Steve More
