Nemet Nissan. Service at its Best!!!!! First, I went to the Nissan on Rockaway Blvd because that is where I leased my previous Nissan. However I dealt with a different associate, named Law First, I went to the Nissan on Rockaway Blvd because that is where I leased my previous Nissan. However I dealt with a different associate, named Lawrence, than who I've worked with previously and I recieved poor service. I left that location and went to this location on Hillside in Jamaica, Queens. From the second I entered the dealership every person I met or passed was friendly, personable, and kind. Javon Ferguson was an excellent salesperson. I felt he was really listening to me and he was understanding of my needs. He is extremely knowledgable, and most importantly honest and respectful. I went to each dealership looking for a specific Nissan Sentra and ended up leaving with a better car in the Altima. He wasn't trying to pressure me into something I didn't feel 100% sure in like Lawerence was at the other dealership. Rather, he educated me on all of my options and gave me the space to make my own decision. His only concern was for my happiness and when I left I was extremely happy. The Finance Manager Vincent made the most nerve wrecking part of the process enjoyable. The Sales Managers Herman Carty and Mario Colace were very nice as well. If you are in need of a Nissan I highly recommend ONLY going to Nemet Nissan. You might get good service at another Nissan dealership, but at Nemet Nissan you will get outstanding service. If you can get the best, why mess with the rest? More
