From the service to the price I paid, I'm absolutely satisfied. When I walked in, Charlie was right there to greet my wife and I. He sat us down and listened to what exactly we were looking for as well as what we were looking to do. He gave us a run down of the Rogue along with a nice test drive. When we got back we got started on paperwork after agreeing on a price and from there it was essentially a hop skip and a jump into our new Rogue. It was far more pleasant and timely than I ever expected and we thank both Charlie and Nemet Motors for their wonderful service! More

Finance Mgr Mario Calace Doesn't Return Calls I returned a 2015 Nissan Sentra when the lease was due and traded it in for a 2018 Sentra lease at the same time. I signed for and left the dealership I returned a 2015 Nissan Sentra when the lease was due and traded it in for a 2018 Sentra lease at the same time. I signed for and left the dealership with my new vehicle but then Mario Colace, the Finance Manager at Nemet, called me and made me drive back on 2 more dates because he did not complete the paperwork correctly and he needed me to resign the documents electronically from the dealership. As part of the trade in, Nissan Nemet (Mario) needed to send a payment directly to Nissan Finance. I received my End of Lease Liability Statement from Nissan Finance, which showed that they never received the payment. I then called Mario, with no luck, so I had to drive back to dealership AGAIN, for a 3rd time! Mario assured me they were reputable and the payment would be made. More than a month has now passed and Nissan Finance still doesn't have the payment and I keep leaving unanswered messages for Mario Mario, PLEASE call me back so we can resolve this. I never write reviews but I don't know how to get your attention. Thank you. More
