As I told you when we first connected, I am not at all a fan of car shopping (and I don't know too many people who are). However, throughout the course of our conversations and given the vast amount of insight you provided on all the Volkswagen products at which we looked, I quickly realized that you made the process both informative and - dare I say - enjoyable. You definitely have the ability to "read" your audience (must be from your days as a stand-up comedian!), for I felt that you combine a knack for light-heartedness with a focus on maintaining professionalism. When it came time for you to make the sales pitch and talk dollars, you did so without at all being overbearing. Rather, you allowed us to spend a couple of days thinking about everything, then ultimately reached out to us regarding a vehicle that both suited our needs AND fell within our price range (not to mention that you were willing to negotiate with us to make this happen). Unlike many other dealerships, the sales staff at Nemer is relatively laid back. Devin McNamara sold us our car and patiently waited while we test drove a large number of candidate vehicles. Anyone would be lucky to have him as a representative. The only negative experience was that it took the dealership an inordinately long time to detail the car after we'd purchased it. While I understand that they were short on staff at the time, it seemed reflective of an asymmetry between pre- and post-sale helpfulness. More

We are very happy with this dealership. Everyone seems to bend over backwards to help us. They are always cheerful and appear to be glad to see us when we stop by. I bought a new vehicle from Nemer - so this was my experience with purchasing somthing NEW, not USED (i make this point, because buying a new car and buying a used car are two completely different bal experience with purchasing somthing NEW, not USED (i make this point, because buying a new car and buying a used car are two completely different ball games): I walked into Nemer knowing exactly what i wanted (TDI model) and told Bob C. Bob searched the inventory and they didn't have the car i wanted so he went out of his way to find the car at another dealership, had someone drive out and swap similar models (i wanted the TDI) and i had my new car within a little over a week. Nemer took care of EVERYTHING. From the time i called them to check inventory to the day i picked up the car, they were courteous, friendly, helpful, and they got me coffee from Starbucks across the street! Who does that? no one. I've dealt with 4 VW dealers in the last year and Nemer BY FAR was the best car dealership i have ever dealt with. They understand money, they understand your budget and do not force you into a situation that you walk away from feel uneasy. More
