When I was looking for a vehicle I had inqired about certain vehicles online and visited in person (not sure who I saw). I was travelling in the Albany area and my Jetta developed a problem requiring immediate VW Service attention. The sales staff were cureous, but lacked initiative. The experience of my daughter and I was very positive following an accident that totaled her previous vehicle. The staff at Nemer was very friendly and helpful to me when I was looking for my new car. The sales people did not pressure me to buy and when I did eventually buy my new car, they took care of everything when I was looking for my new car. Also, when I first went to look for a car, they had a sale going on. When I went back to buy the car, the sale stickers were gone. They still sold me the car for the sale price.
